In order for my Dad's estate to be settled all of his holdings needed to be sold. I think you are only allowed to claim $3,000 in losses back then. I went to his broker's office and they gave me 1 penny for each worthless position. Meaning you had to turn over all the shares of that worthless stock.

I wouldn't try to get rid of any shares, they are already bought and paid for and you won't lose anything by holding.

To sell/dispose for tax purposes means you've gained somewhere else so there is money already made to pay for those taxes.

I've been checking that reverse diabetes group and so far nothing new has been posted about them going public.

You might take a look at SHOT.
No Long term or short term guarantees.
It might pull back and consolidate again before moving higher. Who knows?

I just check this message board now almost daily to see if anyone is still here.... its a tough one to swallow since it did hit big time for the ones that were here 4 years ago.

We were a good group that shared a lot of info with each other that was easily verifiable. I can only wish I find another ticker with as good a group as the ones that were here on this board.

I still hope and pray to make enough on one, one day where I can hire the right person to go back and go through everything on $CBBT and find the truth of what happened and if lies and deception actually took place and there is enough proof to get something done about it

I don't want vengeance, I want justice some folks involved in what happened are still living, and federal cases do not have a statue of limitations as far as I know

If you guys are having a pity party save me some punch. I’m in the exact same boat. I also had enough to retire and be a blessing to my family. However, like many of you my greed got the best of me. My story is even worse because I don’t come from money. Now I have to look my family in the face knowing that I’m keeping this huge secret from them. It sickens me knowing that with the press of a button I could have changed the trajectory of many of my family member’s lives. Now I’m stuck in the rat race watching my family struggle daily. Maybe this was the lesson I needed. At any rate I feel the same way. No one to blame but myself. I had almost three weeks to sell at the top.

I couldn't say it better. Everyday I sit down and stare at the screen and I just shake my head remembering this mistake instead of sitting on a beach being retired. This is something that I will never get over. Still holding 10M shares that I picked up in trips. We all trusted that this was legit. I listened to others around me and justified my actions and yes, greed was a fuel. I just blame the corporate dogs who killed Moonpie. (older folks will get that reference).

Cbbt was my pot of gold and I messed up badly selling only 10% or so of my shares at .40 and leaving the rest being I overly trusted lemons that he would make good but what turned out him spewing hot air only. Was a once in a lifetime opportunity I think about almost daily and will never see again unfortunately. Could've retired comfortably. Greed set in hoping for even higher sp than what was reached. In the end it was on me and only me. That being said holding another ticker, actual revenue and profit to show, with almost same amount of shares that I had in cbbt so I will keep my fingers crossed because in the otc cesspool sometimes that's all you got and need lol gltu glta

I just wanted to throw my two cents in acknowledging this group of traders and the comradery we had with this group. I've never seen it at any other ticker or site and although we all got beat up a bit, I enjoyed the company. So on that note, Thanks to one and all and hope to see ya sometime down the road. Not sure about the "not giving up" . I have a backup plan starting in Dec 2023 I will begin the process of a $25,700 accumulated tax loss. It may take awhile @ $3000 a year. But it's better than no plan.
