Well Wesley Tate was the same CFO (for a time being) as Cerebain and the investor relations is the same as Cerebains (Alan Klitenic) with Cerebains phone number 888-430-2221.

Maybe, just maybe DRG is merging with old CBBT. No-one knows anything right now and Cerebain has still not filed anything with the SEC (that we can see).

Today I did a test to transfer CBBT shares between my Fidelity accounts and saw that CBBT was not listed as an eligible investment to transfer. My other dead penny stocks were listed as eligible to transfer. So I'll take that as another positive sign that something may be happening with CBBT.

If I remember correctly CBBT added restricted shares after the first news release about PKG. The 700 million number may be correct now that I think of it.

from what I remember there was less than 1 billion shares out for CBBT. I did check the SEC-Edgar filing system and didnt see anything for Cerebain filed recently: https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=1453099

Yes, I talk to my local Schwab broker a few days ago and she confirmed it means a merger or reorganization was in the process. I don't know if that will include a reverse split and a change in share structure? Like you said we will have to wait and see what happens.
