I did a public search on SAM.gov, PKGUIS does not have a current active acct., therefore PKG cannot bid or get any gooberment business

From what I see and again just an opinion, it cost money to keep that site up #1 and #2 by that phrase at the beginning of the site leads me to believe something Ai could be in store here. With pkg’s background with government agencies, it may be a rejuvenating opportunity.

Not sure who is behind it, none the less it looks like CBBT is being reorganised by someone? IMO if it not CBBT or Eric's Estate ... the only other people with any interest in CBBT coming back to life (other then us common shareholders) is DRG or PKG Inc stakeholders. Don't forget 18 days after the SEC revoked CBBT's registration that delisted CBBT and yet PKG Inc stakeholders still agreed to a Share Exchange Agreement With PKG Inc StakeHolders. It was outright fraud. Shareholders dumped money in because of the PR's advertising for the new company purchase. I tried a long time ago to see if folks would like to join in together for an attorney but no one came around. I think its just too embarrassing. However, I don't even believe the POS is dead. Pardon my frankness in my last post, all. But what went down made me about as angry as I've ever been in my life. Not because someone tried and failed. But because he willfully deceived many people out of a lot of money. If I had the funds, and all the social media and email evidence, I would have brought a class-action lawsuit against Cerebain and Clemmons' estate for all of us shareholders. It was unconscionable what he did.

Nothing to say. This company is deader than dead. Clemmons lied to us numerous times, probably because he knew he was dying and it was going to be his last payday for his family. He first went on a pump and dump share selling scheme in with the help of his PR buddy. Then instead of following through on anything, he chopped up the company and sold it off, right down to the waiting room furniture. He pulled a Gordon Gecko, and he can't be sued because he's dead. Money goes to his family who probably already spent it. I am glad he died. Literally fuck him. Hope he rots in hell.

There are lots of variables here and I have no idea what has to happen to bring this thing back to life. What does happen is cbbt can be reconstituted as a whole different operation with no affiliation with Alzheimer’s disease. They may open back up pushing this Diabetic outfit, I’m curious but I have no idea what if anything is happening. I am still owner of shares so if they are still worth something I’ll play.

Speaking of untimely and unfortunate passings, I recently came across this post from Eric’s high school alumni page. Original post before the update on his passing was in Nov 2020. Seems like Eric may have been sick for longer than we may have been aware of. Hopefully there was a plan was in place for the company, perhaps that’s what we are seeing play out now.

Nima Llc went inactive then applied for reinstatement on July 31, 2022 and are now active again.

The Panahi's changed their address from the Annual Report also from 2020 to 2022

IMO this could be happening because the Panahi Estate is being settled. Panahi died 9/1/2020 and the Stakeholders have one asset left to settle. That being the CBBT is holding PKG shares that were swapped with the PKG stakeholders. Jeweline Clemons (Eric wife) is an attorney and could possibly make something happen. We will see?
