Yesterday passed by the dispensary in front of palm casino, they told me no credit transaction. NV MJ sale already surpassing Colorado that sold one billion in 2016. so b c of the federal ban there is no banking support of any kind. CA going rec by year end & talking about $10 bil in the sale as CA 10 x bigger than CO/NV. common sense says this doesn't make sense...should be a solution here in US as Canada will be legalized by July 2018 with full banking support...MJ sector in desperate need for financing, banking transactions, and much bigger Cannabis related drug discovery to replace pharmaceuticals prescriptions.... CWIR ceo had huge pump letter as ....we are not here to move pennies...we are here to move heavyweight...again CWIR key management Mr David Platt holds a pharma startup that operates in Israel...OWC* almost the only legit MJ play sub based in Israel. CWIR management may the best leadership to take on $100 bil MJ industry...David Platt at some point will enter the game...they are planning this for a year...please take a look at CWIR ..board members/investment committee...we don't know when... Mr Oleg Shavrstman...a Russian hedge fund whom oversee $3.2 bil will be involved with CWIR & how..didn't check.... Jeffrey Devers?

I find nothing tangible, only speculation. Just because Platt is a biotech guy does not mean MJ is connected. Show me the connection. If your just speculating, then say so. I'm trying to DD this "alleged" connection.

So true. Only been digging on this for about 13 days now and there is a seemingly endless stream of solid data in every direction on this one. So much potential with the current acquisition that is then exponentiated by the other LOI's in the pipeline, scope of leadership and the magnitude of their experience and success.

I have seen nothing to connect David Platt, MJ, & CWIR. Clearly Platt is connected to CWIR as a board member and CWIR had a very short move into MJ some time ago,as per old filings, but that was before this crew took the shell.

From Shareholder Letter:

I’m sure you’re all wondering about the new management, additions to our Board of Directors and our business model moving forward. I will say that I am excited to begin executing our model, although we started the process about a year ago, we decided on using CWIR as our public platform a few months ago.

Yes, there are connections to Isreal and Platt, but I find no direct connections to Platt & MJ, nor any connection between CWIR and MJ. So, if you have found something verifiable, then please post a link.
