Central Minera Corp. is a Canada-based, pre-exploratory company. The Company is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the development of precious metal properties. As of October 29, 2008, the Company had an indirect interest in one company that has claims in Nevada. As at June 30, 2008, none of the Company's mineral properties had advanced to the commercial production stage.
