Always loved your approach to the game!
IIIIII AMMMM ALLLLIIIIIIIIIVE BROTHER! How ya been? Thinking about ya know playing around again
Are all your shares just a lost cause, or do you think they will reinvigorate someday.
Previously someone suggested motives of greed. LOL. To set something straight. CEO PC is a person of high integrity, reliability and professionality!
As a former Slingshot employee I still own a big chunk of shares. Never sold a single one. I have just explained why.
I guess we r all done here with the CE kiss of death
Damned Shame.
Owner has GOT to be close to retirement and death can come at any time
...and in his greed, and in it's state, a valuable company won't be worth sht for his survivors.
What a fckup.
My quote: "For example, TradeStation.com still allows trading in these stocks." was not correct.
To the previous posters I would like to say this: no need to panic.
Nothing new here > OTC Grey Market + Caveat Emptor label. The only practical change lately is that some brokers don't allow trading in these stocks anymore (or restrict it to only selling). For example, TradeStation.com still allows trading in these stocks.
Reminder, all due to non-reporting > no financial reports filed in almost two decades.
Also, after the CLTY's recapitalization in 2005 CEO P. Carr (age 69) became the biggest stakeholder in the company. This of course could explain the lack of reporting.
But, ... adding, there could be more to it than meets the eye.
What I mean is this: how exactly do they successfully pitch these high-profile Slingshot customers, including government agencies ?
Question: is it pure product / sales excellence? Or maybe ... could there be somekind of strategic partnership in the background? An entity who doesn't want to reveal itself. And there are more indications to be found, if you look closely! However, it remains a hypothesis until confirmed or denied.
Anyone know when the OTC added the Caveat Emptor status? This will become un-tradable in 14 days.
Well, this certainly hasn't been a "shareholder friendly" organization, but if he want HIS shares to maintain value, doesn't he have to submit filings before June... Or are F15's and 12's exempt from the SEC pursuit.
pretty sure those actions were misinterpreted on the board as a sign the company was going to go public. I concluded they were a reaction to being revoked, and since the company is real they had to reinstate, and the board thought it was more than that.
Article January 21, 2021: "What Vaccine Supply Chains Must Do to Protect Against Cyberattack"
https://www.supplychainbrain.com/articles/32444-what-vaccine-supply-chains-must-do-to-protect-against-cyberattack
lets the bid wars begin! perhaps we will have some etrade sellers coming up next week... you know... for the faithful here ;)
I need a lot higher lol, but good start.
Even for us: "... Maintaining the cold chain for coronavirus vaccines won’t be easy in the richest of countries, especially when it comes to the handful of candidates that require ultracold temperatures of around minus 70 degrees Celsius (minus 94 F). ..."
In other words, a very critical and complex logistic process.
"Coronavirus vaccine storage hurdles may leave 3 billion people without it"
Today's Fox News article is interesting, to say the least.

Following up the CLTY News Release (30 June 2020) where Sentry BioPharma (provides temperature controlled storage) critical hard- and software is more important than ever.

CLTY Detailed Quote
what do you have on this one ????? 'Celerity Solutions, Inc. (CLTY)'
Coronavirus > moving the Supply Chain to the US
Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., issued a stark warning to any multinational companies looking to Congress to help them weather the economic downturn from the coronavirus outbreak: If you want taxpayer money, bring jobs back to the United States.
Article FOX News, 03/18/2020:

Corona virus and Supply Chain
Interesting article: "China’s deadly coronavirus could be good for US jobs, manufacturing, says Trump Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross"
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/01/30/wilbur-ross-coronavirus-could-bring-jobs-manufacturing-back-to-us.html
In other words, as a result of the crises in China, companies will bring back their supply chain to the US. Good news for the ERP software market as well, and of course our Slingshot's top-notch products.
I've BEEN waiting on that
LOL they probably got tired of investors asking about the wrong company.
Used to say on the bottom of page that they were based in the San Fransicso Bay area and never had any association with CLTY; appeared after several inquiries during the summer.
Thank You I appreciate the heads up! Reuters must have it wrong then? I linked over to that website from them:
https://www.reuters.com/companies/CLTY.PK
That’s a different company. Here is CLTY’s website:

Has anybody seen their website? Is this something new?

For the last two decades we have been helping innovative leaders with bold visions solve difficult problems and build great organizations.
We work at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
We are now transforming one of the most innovative, customer-centric, and cherished online retailers in the world.
I wonder who this online Retailer is? Very Interesting, and it looks like they are about to be making some announcements soon. I am going to continue to add shares here.
Been nibbling a few here and there myself. I wanted this back when it was taking off back in October, but felt I missed it above .15 cents. After the price retraction, I have been able to build a small position here. This is going to be a nice one once they get some filings out.
yep me too, but I'm stubborn that way, gltu
cheers right back at ya! Your moniker reminded me of something, ever since that dang insurance commercial my wife's been bugging me for a "she shed"...should do it...but somehow I'm pretty sure my honey to do list would grow instead,lol...glt all of us here...
Still holding too. Was waiting for it to go below .02 to add more. Guess it's a good thing we didn't get there, heh. Massachusetts, otc still same; might pay Delaware again to take a peek when I get a few evening drinks in me, too cheap otherwise.
Cheers!
I'm just holding.
Not me either - hope something is up!
Good question.
Not me.
Just holding what I have.
Who Bought???? CLTY
Who bought today and how much? If not any present board followers, I'd say it means something is coming...you just don't get volume like this on a dead ticker out of the blue....we shall see
Any updates and this will be like throwing Gasoline on a Fire! Patience is going to pay off Big Here!
CLTY What's cooking today? We have volume.
117,000 up almost 5 cents.
CLTY going up.
yes I check in every now and then on this one just to see if anything has changed, as I know that if the narrative here is right the stock is very undervalued. I feel we were all left holding the bag here because the company is super tight-lipped. Sucks.
LOL - from a post over a month ago
I was trying to be helpful to the person that I responded to. With 28 days of no posting the enthusiasm is died and people are left feeling stuck without any explanation. I was trying to provide a possible explanation to the person I was responding to.
Why are you posting this now like something changed?
They took action in both states after first being revoked. First action in years. To me it just seems that they were responding to the revocation in order to continue to legally conduct business.
The two logically seem related. IF the two actions can related in a positive way that supports the narrative here I'm not seeing what that link would be.
Nothing has changed - not sure what you are talking about?
I think you’re forgetting about the Delaware reinstatement. They reinstated in both Massachusetts and Delaware in July 2019.
Sure, they’ve made updates at the Massachusetts SOS somewhat consistently over the years except for the 3 year gap between 2016 and 2019. However, they have not done the same with Delaware. The Delaware update is the one that makes you go hmmm? This was their first update at the Delaware SOS since 1999 (20 years).
Why reinstate both at the same time? Why reinstate in Delaware after 20 years of inactivity?
Below is the link to the full reinstatement application for Massachusetts along with screenshots of the confirmation of reinstatement for both Massachusetts and for Delaware...

MASSACHUSETTS REINSTATEMENT
DELAWARE REINSTATEMENT
$CLTY
maybe I'm misinterpreting, but in the ibox this link shows a revocation on 6/28/19 , and it appears the reinstatement and the tax payment was made after that date. I would think the two are related -- maybe in order to simply continue to conduct business they had to pay their taxes? Dunno. If there wasn't first a revocation then I'd be more optimistic.
