I’m putting together a scenario here , and it’s based on that somebody knows somethings up! Hmmm JR
The last Santa was thrice-bankrupt Jeff Bumfield as the last saviour CEO. The best scene from his reign over this scam was when he paid Dodi for tickets to a NYC venture fair where he went to hustle up some money for dying CDEX and even the lowest of vulture pennystock funders wouldn't touch this crap.
Toxic lenders who will fund the craziest scams even refused CDEX because it was such a total, abject failure and had accumulated such a long record of failures that nobody would buy this crap story. Even toxic converters wouldn't touch this loser.
And where is that Missouri State Highway Patrol testing report that was due 10 years ago?
Not a single one of old GravyTrain Wade's fake gizmos worked as claimed by him. LOCH couldn't sell any and CDEX couldn't sell Wade's crap either.
CDEX nearly got sued by a Puget Sound locality for the hoax meth detector that showed nearly all the cars tested were falsely identified as having meth.
Same with all the houses in Arizona that were falsely identified as having meth residue with Wade's bogus gizmos.
Wade's funniest trick was the totally fake, staged DC Demo on the Capitol lawn after Tom Huzella's buddy Frank Jakovac made the maximum legal campaign contribution to Congresscrook Ron Klink from Pittsburgh. David Audsley shown on video having to signal to GravyTrain Wade which Tupperware containers had explosives and whch didn't was funny, but funnier still was Wade claiming that ELF wasn't working because of cell phone interference in DC.
What a huckster!
So I guess the big Las Vegas party for LOCH/CDEX victims won't be happening in 2017
Oh well, maybe next year.
As the old saying went every January, "This year is going to be our year."
Nope.
Santa is not coming to CDEX shareholders this year, or any year for that matter. The money is gone. The corporation is dead. The only possible presents would be if long-time CDEX PPers Robert W. Stewart and Greg K. Smith write checks to Wade (again) for the 29th gizmo that will not, cannot, ever, work as claimed and is unmarketable junk.
The only real winners in the LOCH and CDEX scam (it is one long scam with two tickers) were Wade, Rod Boone (who the Savioue Philips claimed hit the golf ball a ton, which is good because unlike all the other Boones he couldn't hit a baseball), Malcolm Hubris Philips, and Wade.
Wait, did I remember to mention Wade, the fountainhead of the LOCH/CDEX scam? He made out like a bandit selling bags of hot air to all involved.
And compensated promoters Michael V. White of Sarasota, the knife-sharpening-from-the-back0of-a pickup wizard and Jeff Ammon of Las Vegas, the failed gambler and ower of over $3000 to Guy Hsnsen for the CDEX pennystock, both are no longer being compensated and are silenced by the end of CDEX.
Only gravytrain Poteet walked away with millions and is a real estate mogul in his advanced age. Well and he got shareholders to pay his son, Stuart, a bundle for an unemployable, no-skills nepotism recipient.
Merry Christmas.
CDEX is severely delinquent in filing the company's Financials. The stock is at risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock registration revocation.
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=cdex&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
All that PPer money vaporized in the CDEX swindle.
GravyTrain Wade is only one who kept much of the PPers funds and converted it into real estate.
CDEx paid promoter, Michael V. White of Sarasota, failed in all the hours he wasted trying to find the identity of The Professor. He never even came close. Not even remotely so.
Then PPer and angel investor (cough, cough) Robert Wayne Stewart's latest wife tried to aid Mike White and got all bolloxed up.
All that money lost. Well not lost, just transferred to Wade, Philips, and Bumfield.
Wade sure took down a lot of money for producing nothing of value or commercial utility. Malcolm should have just blown that money buying lotto tickets. The return on investment would have been much higher. It surely couldn't have been any lower.
There's nothing left here for shareholders but waiting for revocation.
See seller wade833 on ebay sales items....CDEX stuff?, still making money off you?
Not me, he didn't make even a penny off me. But he made millions off the PPers and he never even was an employee of CDEX, always a contractor only.
Wade made some decent pocket change for Harold Cauthen too from the CDEX heist. Although Cauthen was more of a subcontractor really. He was the minor partner of the AARP group that called themselves CP Systems. The vast bulk of the money was taken by Wade, and for a period his unskilled son, Stuart, the overpaid do-nothing office boy claiming to be a field engineer, but with no college training or formal education for the Valimed failed gizmos or the hilarious meth detector that scored all of Phoenix homes and all of Puget Sound cars as loaded with meth lab residue.
It didn't matter that Stuart had no formal technical training, because none of the failed gizmos worked as advertised - or could they. And that was the art of the swindle, going all the way back to the Capitol lawn faked demo, that Taipower beach hole-finding charade, and who can forget the failed Missouri Highway Patrol tests that were never reported. Or the fails at Yuma Army test grounds, or Aberdeen, or the pathetic failure at the Dahlgren NAVSEA testing.
CDEX was a decade-long (or a bit longer really) cartoon show of failed gizmos. Wade should have imprinted them all with ACME on them like Wile E. Coyote does.
The Lubbock PPer of record on the SEC filings, Robert Wayne Stewart, lost his entire investment in CDEX. Well over a million bucks tossed into the pockets of Wade, Malcolm, Brumfield, and a handful of other minor players. Many of the early PPers were smart enough to bail out before the end. A lot of them dumped in 2005 or so after the registration statement for resale of their 75 cent shares.
A million bucks ain't what it used to be, but it's still something. Sadly, I don't see Stewart at the US Open in Erin Hills. Too bad, I thought he might want to play 18 with me when the tournament is over. If airfare was an issue, he could have simply called and we could have bebopped over to Lubbock to pick him up with the jet on the way up. We usually have an extra seat available. We could have even seen to it that he was loaned a bag of clubs suitable for his height.
Damn shame all that money was swindled from the PPers and retail OTC buyers. Erin Hills turned out great, just as we expected. I hope all CDEX shareholders watch the US Open and think of the time Malcolm bragged that LOCH's CEO Rod Boone hit the ball a ton.

No worries. ELF can fly! Wade proved that at the Capitol Lawn smokeshow.
Oh wait, no he didn't - he faked that smokeshow with David Audsley.
Never found a single landmine that wasn't already marked. Did find some holes in the sand though, in Taiwan on the beach. It found marked holes and confirmed that the holes were holes.
Bombed out at Yuma Proving Grounds. Bombed out at Dahlgren. Bombed out at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
Bombed out with the Missouri State Patrol who graciously never published the report of that fiasco.
Bombed out in Puget Sound, which did publish that fiasco.
The only thing Wade's all-failing gizmos ever sold ... was stock.
As they were intended to do. So Wade could have the investors' money.
It's a shame that some lost their life savings in the LOCH and CDEX scam.
At least they lost it all in one lump. Some PPers like the recidivist ex-MGM hospitality clerk that came back again and again throwing more money onto the fire in the CDEX PPer money firepit.
Santa Claus Bumfield won't be promising presents under the tree this year.
Or any year. All the popcorn has been eaten. No more acts to this comedy-drama.
Anyone wanting a refund needs to see Wade and demand their money back. In cash.
Wade took most of the Lubbock PPers' money and the various CEOs took the rest. It didn't evaporate. It was swindled.
The Lubbock Angel PPers were swindled. Over and over.
The billion dollar tech was a joke, and not worth a damn.
But Wade is sitting pretty, spending the Lubbock PPers' money.

The cold grave of CDEX
Yes it awaits the ones that sucked the life out of the fools that invested in this junk science by a junk scientist. One may explore the fall by seeking the sun, his face just a book, in the cold north, Stuart's Ice Box. Not all sins go unpunished in this life...
CDEx 'consultant' dead-ender Jeff Ammon (Jammon Jeff) still lists his job as 'CDEX consultant' a year after CDEX became defunct, closed the Lunatic Lab wherehouse rent-a-closet, and El Gordo Bumfield shut the whole facade down and walked away with the last of the money. Ammon's dead uncle judge couldn't do a thing, just like the nobody nephew.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeff-ammon-843b3b11
Old gravy trainer Wade's LinkedIn page still lists CDEX as his 'current employer' too - what a joke! The telescope assembler and his 'new physics' that wasn't - made him a bundle of cash over 17 years and 20+ share-selling gizmo props. Easy money.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/wade-poteet-6b201415
And then there is the professional knife-sharpener-from-the-back-of-a-pickup-truck who 'lost my entire life savings' in LOCH/CDEx who was the endless promoter and wannabe detective who claimed to have all kinds of info on Malcolm and others and claimed that he would make sure that the SEC and others sued all the people in the LOCH/CDEx scam (oh, except Old Wade the Gravy Train who rode the entire 1999-2015 trip to nowhere and got rich of shareholders and PPers money based on contrived gizmos that were obviously share-selling props and were not able to deliver on any of the wild, impossible claims that were made about the 20+ failed gizmos).
But a year since CDEx went defunct, not a peep from the SEC or anyone else on the dead CDEx corpse or the others that the knife-sharpener claimed to have the goods on. Just years of wasted time, loosened lugnuts, and a loss of 'life savings' on an obvious scam. A silver GM pickup is all that is left of the knife-sharpening biz - not much, but more than is left from CDEx.
And then there is the Lubbock PPer and self-described 'angel investor' who lost a ton of bricks on this scam he promoted for 17 years. Ah, that's just the best! All the bricks are lost. All that money is G-O-N-E.
LOCH/CDEx was a 17 year clownshow and proved that P.T. Barnum was correct.
And now it's all over.
The Lubbock PPers lost ALL the money they PUMPED into this obvious pseudoscience phony tech penny scam. I think that is a fine outcome. Wade gravy-trained his way for 17 years with LOCH and CDEx without ever producing a single gizmo that could be successfully marketed in any significant amount - regardless of which CDEx CEO and marketing clowns were promoting the failed gizmos: Malcolm Philips Jr., the Texas-licensed professional engineer (per his own resume!) and failed lawyer who was kicked to the curb by Winston & Strawn, Greg Firmbach, the Huzella-buddy who was CEO of CDEx for awhile, not Jim Griffin while he was CDEx CEO, nor El Gordo - Mister Bankruptcy himself, Jeffy Bumfield.
Nobody could sell Wade's failed pseudoscience projects - not Decatur, not Baxa, not CDEx.
The test units did make quite/quit/quiet a splash in Puget Sound though. Whoops-oops, better not mention THAT debacle.
Only Wade got rich off this pseudoscience tech penny scam. He bought a bunch of real estate with the proceeds from 17 years of "consulting" for the LOCH and CDEx scams.
The Lubbock PPers lost it ALL. Every penny. As it should be. Fools and their money ..., as the aphorism goes. And just in time for the collapse in oil prices too - so no CDEx gizmo to locate oil fields will be forthcoming. Bummer for the Lubbock PPers. As it should be.
But the pièce de resistance is that the Lubbock PPers never figured out who the Professor was - the Professor who told people from the beginning, with the bogus ELF demo that Wade did on the Capitol lawn, that the 'tech' story was baloney and that intractable background problems would make all of Wade's claims and the tales he told the PPers and others impossible. Neither Wade nor any of the various CDEx staff knew much (or anything perhaps) of modern instrumental analytical chemistry, and why the dream gizmos of Wade and Henry Blair would never ... could never ... work as advertised or claimed.
Had the Lubbock PPers (and others who lost their "life savings" in the LOCH/CDEx 17-year scam) listened to the Professor, think of how much money they would have saved!
If only Henry Blair or Ole Wade had found the magic ray they claimed at the SPIE meeting where they were basically laughed out of the conference, then they might be up for the Nobel prize. As it is, they are up for the Ignoble prize, and the Lubbock PPers are definitely overwhelming favorites for the Financial Darwin award.
LOCH/CDEx - a 17 year ongoing scam that skinned both retail penny stock gamblers and PPers over-and-over for 17 years.
ELF can fly! Over a kilometer detection of landmines or drugs or IEDs or oil or counterfeit booze/smokes/olive oil/vino/you-name-it!
Only it was all a lie to sell shares in the scam.
$45 million bucks - poof - all gone. But at least Wade skimmed a bundle off that pile over the 16-17 years of this ongoing "tech" scam. All that money could have been saved or invested in Apple or Google or real tech stocks - if the conned investors had listened to the Professor who is not a JT nor in St. Pete or anywhere around there. Ever. The guesses were never even close - not even remotely so.
And now all that money is GONE - all GONE. All that is left is a shell that is a delinquent SEC filer. And Huzella's "ton of bricks" Schedule D capital loss carryforwards.
As it should be. And is.
I'm not sure Larry was part of the mine detection SCAM. I think that one was all poteet/etal.

Happy Birthday..April 1st, Dave...I thought about you, but had lost my password. ..Are we rich yet?
Hi dkirby00,
You are correct. At the time of your post that was the value, that is, if you could actually sell them.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
My client has in hand a stock certificate without a restrictive legend, representing 4,814,133 shares class A common of CDEX, Inc. I understand that there has been a reverse stock split so that now the number of shares represented by this certificate is 481,413. And I see that today the stock quote is $0.0013? So am I correct in concluding that the stock is now worth a total of $625.84?
My question is, how does anyone go about about selling stock like this?
Thanks
