The Cities mission
The Development Services Department is comprised of four distinct and unique divisions which administer, regulate, and guide, all aspects of construction and development to foster orderly growth within the City of Calexico. These divisions include Administration, Building Regulation & Code Enforcement, Engineering, and Planning & Zoning. The Director of Development Services is Armando G. Villa. As department head, he reports to the City Manager and serves as liaison to the City Council and the Planning Commission. Overall, the Development Services Department is directly responsible to oversee all construction & development activities and ongoing implementation of the newly adopted city’s 2007 General Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Municipal & State Building Codes, Subdivision Map Act & Grading Ordinances and overall compliance with the CEQA.

I got back in from Calexico, a interesting town it has three motels and a dozen trucking Companies and terminals. the town is surrounded by farms. The property (Calexico, Ca.
maps.google.com)is on Cole st. at the Rail Road tracks on the North side of Cole St. The main road in town is Hwy 111 and at South end of the main drag is the border going into Mexico.

THE PEORPERTY
Street is paved and looks like the water sewer and electric power boxes are in (all under ground services)and has some signs of pending sales, there is a portable sales/construction office on property at Cole, No buildings were built or being built, no body was at the site on Saturday.

quite an interesting article as it looks like this may be the reason for the stall and mr readshaw may not be who he claims to be as it sounds like he is just an accountant for town center llc and not a CEO of a company supposedly that exists under the name of Carson Development Corp which is not even listed in this article as involved. I have contacted the write of the article and am waiting a reply to see if there is any more information he may have.

I am writing you in hopes to obtain some more information regarding the story you published in IVLife on 10/17/08 as a large group of individuals including myself own a shell stock under the name of Carson Development Corporation (CDVM) and Darryl Readshaw has claimed to be CEO of this recently reversed merged company that is heavily involved with the Town Center Project. As most of us have been skeptical since the last PR release for CDVM in mid October we were hoping you may have some additional information on this development and the involvement of the so called Carson Development Corp with this project. Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated as Darryl Readshaw supposedly CEO cannot be reached nor can the accounting firm listed as their bookeeper be reached. K - my opinion. Someone contact Frank Butler and find out how much he got paid for his 2 million shares of stock. That will set the value of what this stock is minimally worth.
