I think you are saying same thing. This is best price to get into ESCU.
Not when insiders own 97% of shares. Big volumes sends ESCU sky high.
I think this will be low price. imo
ESCU
Smart move... ESCU
I added some more to my pot. I'm just waiting for dips to grab bit by bit.
Nice accumulation here... peeps just have to look at their new website and read the recent SEC filings.
This is a big big one...
ESCU
Yeah, that is why I may have to buy more before the close on Friday.
Even those these take time, this could catch fire in a hurry and be $20 +
ESCU!!$$
It’s a massive operation, the PPS is going to catch on shortly!!
ESCU
I am really surprised how quiet here? Maybe we should keep quiet and add more shares until next Friday, then tell people? Lol
ESCU!!!$$$
Super excited to be here especially after 8-K yesterday! The people behind this are big time in real estate!
Hope to add.more before gets to crazy!!!$$
ESCU!!!$$$
Same here...added 250 @ 6.00
Alright, took a starter position with 250 shares bought on ask at $6.00
Will add more next week!
ESCU!!$$$
I have not called to verify what others have stated that Mgmt. told them they're planning a forward split after everything has been completed. I'm hoping a Forward split will happen after a large increase in ESCU stock price in future.
How do we know Forward Split will happen? What do you base this on? Sorry! Still new ??
Agree!....I have been slowing buying a few shares each week. ESCU is a great $$$$$ opportunity.
I've had some pretty significant gains on a few stocks in my investing career, Not counting OTC stocks, I've hit 4 ten baggers, maybe 5, I'm talking big board stocks. I've seen a lot of OTC stocks that would appear or give the impression that a ten bagger is a real possibility and then reality hits, just a pump and dump. ESCU however certainly has the foundation to become a ten bagger, this company is for real and I'm extremely happy, fortunate, call it what you may, to have a substantial number of shares! I will be purchasing more, not only for myself but for family and friends.
These opportunities don't come along every day, the following is from the Motley Fool regarding 10 baggers,
Foolish bottom line,
Finding huge winners, like 10-baggers, is tremendously difficult and risky. But if you find a basket of early stage innovators, it's likely a big winner will emerge. If you can hold that winner or even add to it, over a long period, it should do wonders for your portfolio!
The individuals running this company are extremely bright and very good at what they do. It's often said that when you purchase stocks you need to look at management and their credentials more so than what the company actually does!
This is such an awesome website!

ESCU
VERY IMPRESSIVE! Globally well connected folks for the business! ESCU says they are in process of moving to NASDAQ now!

Nice 8k out and what a beautiful new website with a boat load of DD..

ESCU
8K and website, BOOM!! https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1024095/000147793219005510/cdi_8k.htm
Thanks. It's been slow here lately. Holding patiently.
Howdy, ESCU’ers......
Hope everyone has a great day....
thanks for that PM. I'll add you on my list.
The new business structure is amazing. Billions of dollars of asset! Imagine the stock price upward action when the asset $$ value will be shown on the new company name's financials.
A forward split makes perfect sense with such scarcity of the available shares! It will be awesome if/when it happens. It will most likely result in more liquidity and the upward momentum for the stock price.
I've noticed. Great DD here. A forward split would be real nice.
Very hard to get shares right now. The main reason is there are not many retail shares left now after the last R/S. And, a very high percent of the shares are locked by the management. Hopefully, more shares will be available after the company's name change and SEC filings.
thanks. I don't have lots of shares. I'm just nibbling bit by bit. The spread is huge now.
yeah, just call them, they're very helpful
Have you called the company to verify that the CEO will be announce this month as some have mentioned here? Thanks.
I need about 300 more shares. Like the DD behind this one.
Good morning ESCU, bidding more today
This is a great reminder. Imagine having all that asset on the ESCU financials and what it will do to the value of the company!

I am pleased to provide some news of recent activities at Carnegie Development.
Carnegie Development is current and up to date with required filings to the government agencies. Most importantly, we have removed our stop sign and now have a yield sign which will be removed in the coming weeks.
And now, we are very excited to announce that Carnegie Development has acquired six new entities which are all Multi Family development projects.
Those developments will get underway in the new year. This will afford Carnegie the benefits and profits that come with the development as well as the long-term cash flow revenue once completed.
The great part of our plan in these projects, is getting the cash flow will be much quicker than what is typical for other companies who buy existing projects from developers and then sell them to the investment companies for a high premium. Our strategy of being the developer is a big benefit to Carnegie Development because it allows for us to start at the base point with efficient access to the cash flow.
Dallas continues to be great for business. California and New York are experiencing a rapid contraction in their populations meanwhile a tremendous influx of people are moving to Dallas. This is driving up the residential demand on single family and multifamily housing.
More acquisitions are on the horizon. The next round of acquisitions will be focused on single family lots for home builders to buy, build houses and sell them to incoming buyers. Dallas is experiencing the highest percentage of growth in the United States and with our existing relationships in the Texas marketplace, we are poised to take advantage of that.
Furthermore, Dallas is experiencing a huge demand for the build-to-rent business. Carnegie development is expanding into this market where we build brand new homes and rent them out. The business model and cash flow is similar to the multi family, but the benefit of the single-family business is the cash flow begins as soon as the home is built.
We hope you continue to watch and listen for updates and we look forward to your participation in Carnegie Development.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
