Just look at KB homes market cap. Let that sink in, plus these guys are into commercial multi purpose too, they will get larger by market cap compared to KB homes in due time. This is one of the largest privately held company in the US. If you call the number on the website, they have a investor relations department, which means not private anymore, you need to look at the DD that has been presented on the board and connect the dots, the address listed on the website matches the 8K filed. No brainer, once the general public finds out the more about this merger, 20 dollars will come and go so fast it will make your head spin. We should soon "Penny Stock Exempt".

After 20 dollars this will move in $5.00 increments, much like when WINS was trading a few years back, WINS is a real estate finance company, from 25 dollar when as high as 300-400 dollars in it's infancy days and they didn't have a fraction of what this companies assets alone are worth. Forward split coming, that forward split announcement will make this jump to 200 dollars in 3 days alone. Let that sink in

Yes for OTC standards it is big. Bid sitting won't work here at this juncture, maybe at 10 dollar it works but here no way, no how, unless of course impatient sells and moves on.

That is not huge bid at all. Huge bid is when there is 2-3 thousand shares sitting on the bid. Much like you see on the big boards where I trade. EL*TK had a bid 430,000 dollars at $7.00 on Friday after market closed, that is what you call a big bid. This stock right here will make SECI look like Childs Play in a legitimate way. Should be worth well North of 2 billion market cap.
Bid sitter needs to move to $7.00 maybe get lucky with a couple hundred shares, you want a decent size have to slap above the ask.

Next in line is the name change and could forward split sometime soon after that or even before. 160,000 float needs a forward split to entice institutional investment.
It is very hard to get filled even if you slap the ask it takes a while to get filled.
I can only buy a few at a time...chasing the ASK.

I am pleased to provide some news of recent activities at Carnegie Development.
Carnegie Development is current and up to date with required filings to the government agencies. Most importantly, we have removed our stop sign and now have a yield sign which will be removed in the coming weeks.
And now, we are very excited to announce that Carnegie Development has acquired six new entities which are all Multi Family development projects.
Those developments will get underway in the new year. This will afford Carnegie the benefits and profits that come with the development as well as the long-term cash flow revenue once completed.
The great part of our plan in these projects, is getting the cash flow will be much quicker than what is typical for other companies who buy existing projects from developers and then sell them to the investment companies for a high premium. Our strategy of being the developer is a big benefit to Carnegie Development because it allows for us to start at the base point with efficient access to the cash flow.
Dallas continues to be great for business. California and New York are experiencing a rapid contraction in their populations meanwhile a tremendous influx of people are moving to Dallas. This is driving up the residential demand on single family and multifamily housing.
More acquisitions are on the horizon. The next round of acquisitions will be focused on single family lots for home builders to buy, build houses and sell them to incoming buyers. Dallas is experiencing the highest percentage of growth in the United States and with our existing relationships in the Texas marketplace, we are poised to take advantage of that.
Furthermore, Dallas is experiencing a huge demand for the build-to-rent business. Carnegie development is expanding into this market where we build brand new homes and rent them out.
