totally disagree entirely I have at least 150 reverse splits not a single winner its a total disaster for anybody and totally wipes out every SMALL INVESTOR. PLUS ON EVERY BOARD WARNING AFTER WARNING SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF EVERYBODY. Most illegal rule they ever was.enacted and it started on the big exchanges exactly where all the naked short selling first started.

I may go back and change my mind about the performance stock grants. The criteria doesn't seem unreasonable. I oppose management stock grants, just for doing their jobs without performance goals. It tends to preserve management percent ownership in the company during massive dilution.
I'm (now) generally opposed to reverse splits. Stock sales should not be treated as a nearly endless cash resource. Companies need to be more conscious of cash use when funding projects
And, I'm opposed to Adjourning meetings. Companies need to engage their retail shareholders more (instead of ignoring them), getting them to want to vote on issues. Too often companies ignore retail shareholder (who often are the largest ownership class for penny stocks) and expect them to vote on needed issues at the drop of a hat. Most retail shareholders are apathetic when it comes to voting their shares (I used to be that way). I vote my shares now, and un-apologetically criticize company management when I think they do a bad job.

Interesting video but do you know how current it is? At one point late in the video, when talking about Tony Aquila and underpromising and overdelivering, I thought there was mention of 2022, but couldn't be sure.
Shareholder meeting scheduled Feb 29 AM to vote on Reverse Split (unspecified ) and stock awards to Aquila. Hope for some good news prior to then to minimize split!
It's probably just a couple of test vehicles, in case any design changes are necessary before production begins.

Canoo Inc. (NASDAQ: GOEV), a leading high-tech advanced mobility company, today announced Kingbee, a national work-ready van provider, will begin using Canoo LDV 130 vehicles in its fleet.
Canoo delivered vehicles to Kingbee consistent with its schedule as part of a phased ramp-up manufacturing approach in Oklahoma City. Additional customer deliveries will be scheduled through 2024.

I have been through splits usually avoid penny stocks,
They are seen as a sign that a company is in financial trouble and sees boosting its stock price artificially as the only way out. They're not wrong, but in fact, a number of companies have been forced to reverse-split their stocks during a bad stretch, only to make a genuine comeback in market value over time. It's all about the timing of the reverse split, in the case of Canoo timing a split with announcement of deliveries could work out well. Reducing the number of shares outstanding, I think a 1 for 7 should be the highest. but 5 for 1 would be preferred if the stock can reach .80.- 90 cents.

If you have never been through a reverse split more than once don’t start spouting off it’s no damned good whatsoever
Going back to the proposed proxy statement of Jan 8 concerning the reverse split and stock awards to Mr. Aquila, the reverse split (probably of at least 10:1) is necessary to retain their listing and is common with early-stage development companies. On the other hand, the awards to Tony Aquila would more than double his stock holdings and increase his ownership in the company from 10% to over 20%. The awards are based on achieving certain milestones for revenue and stock price, but since the milestones are unspecified there is no way of knowing how realistic and appropriate they are. Just my observations....
staying close to the 52 week low with increasing volume... I am rooting for them, but they have to deliver.
At the right time a reverse split would be good, reduce the outstanding share count. Higher price slows down day trading, Trading fractions of a penny at this low price,
presents a worst case for buy and hold. Day traders are killing the price, It doesn't make for an attracted long investment, when you have hoards of internet
fueled day traders. I would like to see fractional penny trades go away.

Canoo's pickup truck was built with several unique features to help customers do more with their vehiclesi:
Pull-out Bed Extension:
The pickup truck bed is six feet long and can extend to a fully enclosed eight feet, allowing big items such as a 4 by 8 ft sheet of plywood to easily fit inside.
The pull-handle bed extension also helps with loading and unloading the truck. The extension also serves as a license plate holder.
When the bed is extended, a second layer of tailgate doors can be swiveled out.
The bed-extension also houses a secondary lamp, containing all tail lamp functions, so the truck can be driven while the bed space is maximized.
Fold Down Worktable + Cargo Storage:
To offer the greatest customer utility, the pickup features a front cargo storage area that can hold tools or gear, also includes a fold down worktable with electrical outlets.
The workstation table is extendable to allow customers to have maximized work surface on the go, in addition to providing an area to put on gear before heading out exploring.
Flip-Down Side Tables:
Both sides of the vehicle house a flip down table in two expandable depths.
Built into the side panel of the truck bed, the flip-down side table becomes a workbench with multi-functional power sources in close proximity.
Side Step + Storage:
On the side of the vehicle there is a hidden step to allow quick and easy access to the truck bed.
Underneath the step is a flexible storage area for items including: a first-aid kit, cooler for snacks and drinks, lockable laptop storage and more.
This space efficient feature is only possible due to Canoo's ultra-flat platform.
Modular Bed with Space Dividers:
The truck bed is modular with the use of Canoo's space divider system designed to keep items separate and secure.
The bed wall also incorporates modular wheel chocks to secure bikes and configurable tie downs for ladders, large equipment and other materials.
Multi-Accessory Charge Port:
