I think you may have hit it right on, something big is looming in the very short distance...also I had a typo error...the 14.5 mill shares was for the whole year off 2022 up to Jan 1. It was a slew of insiders most likely getting some type of incentivized bonus plan in place....but what was noticeable was they really weren't selling any.

Last year after CVS pulled out, at the end of one of the articles was a short simple sentence..."Humana is still interested in CANO"....what are they willing to pay? who knows. Do they have a lot of cash? ........so why did the CEO buy 14.5 million share buyback near $1. Who knows, but that one we will find out soon !!!!!!!!!! Cheers

CVS bought Medavail and is closing all SpotRX pharmacies inside Cano Health, this is the first step CVS had to complete before sharing buyout of Cano Health. Check press r3leases it’s very clear.

CVS just announced buyout of Medavail, CVS offering jobs to MDVL employees, placing all inventory in CVS stores locally and only buying assets inside Cano Health locations and medicines onsite as well as prescription customers.
This is the first step to buyout Cano Health.

Did everyone see the reason for the run today, CVS bought medavail MDVL check the press release. Press release says CVS is absorbing Medavail employees and placing all pharmaceutical supplies in local stores of CVS. This removes Medavail SpotRX locations out of CANO Medical Centers, this is what had to happen for CVS to buy CANO. I think you will see Cano announcement after close of Medavail purchase first quarter. I have been waiting for this move, CVS will buy Cano Health. Hold long.

A pattern could be repeating --in CANO-- that happened two years ago, with medical provider EVH. Then, in the first half of 2020, some institutional traders dumped their holdings, depressing the ticker, but EVH rebounded, and CANO will probably do that, too....in my opinion.
