Maybe he will do both. I said a few months ago that Scott has a passion for BITCOIN MINING. He can still deposit real estate into $CSUI, do a secondary offering, raise $10-$20 million, and use the money to start-up the Bitcoin mining subsidiary. Possible.

Looks like everything is in order, all the little loose ends tied up. Time for some bigger things to happen. More updates to the OTC MARKETS page, name change, ticker change, material event news, assets flowing into $CSUI that will improve the Balance Sheet and Income Statement.

Here’s the thing. McAlister puts, for example, $15.0 million of property inside the company.
The stock goes to $2.00, again, for example.
The 25,000,000 shares Scott owns is now worth $50.0 million.
Instead of owning 100% of $15.0 million in properties, McAlister owns $50.0 million in stock.
Then he raises $20.0 million in cash in a “secondary offering” and keeps buying more positive cash flow properties.
This is how wealth is created.
My numbers are hypothetical, but P/E ratios are much higher in the stock market than in the private market, plus you can raise money through “secondary offerings” without going to the bank.
If Scott does what we think he’s going to do, that is, taking all of his properties and depositing them into CSUI, he’s off to the races and will create himself a very nice net worth, especially as he expands and continues to buy undervalued properties with positive cash flow.
(Above numbers are hypothetical, but this is how it works in the PUBLIC MARKET as compared to the PRIVATE MARKET)
Again, for example, the private market may only give the properties a 6 or 8 multiple, whereas the PUBLIC MARKET could give it a 30-50 multiple, or more. This is the power of the stock market.

Scott is out making $3-$4 million purchases to add to the REIT imo. This market cap at $2.5m is lower then what he's going to add in assets to the ticker in just this alone lol.

That ticker isn’t a SEC filer, it has unaudited financials and looks to be late with it’s quarterly filings. May have something to do with the delay on name/ticker change. Where does it even show it was requested? That thing looks to have some share conversions and odd shit going on too which could be another hold up.
I don’t think CSUI will have those issues.
Keith it has not been 180 days yet. It was my understanding that FINRA could take up to that was my point. Global developments is the name of the company. And right now we are at 13 weeks.
Imagine trying to grab 5% of the float? With the shares so tightly held, you’d definitely see some price movement trying to buy 950,000 shares. Sometimes a 2000 share trade moves the stock 33%. Try grabbing 950,000 shares!!
Six months for a name & ticker change on a different ticker? What’s the name of that company? Not the ticker, just the name of the company will do. Sounds as if that company has some other kind of issue. Doesn’t take 6 months for a name ticker change, imo. Please share the name of the company, I’d love to see that!!

Not worried about delays in a name change. I’d be more worried if he wasn’t keeping current with SEC filings. Seeing the profile verified is a huge event imo. He’s now gone from taking care of the SEC filings to now getting OTC info in order.
If people want to sell because of a delay in a name change let them lol.
We are basically sitting on a REIT with the CEO owning 60%+ of the commons, owning all the debt, only a 17m float that’s clearly locked and only a $2m valuation at $0.05.
This will go a ton higher from these levels. Add and sit on in them. Scott does not fool around.
Hokie a name change is needed and will occur. Going through that process with another ticker and FINRA is taking it's sweet time. People smarter than me have blamed a lot on the steady decline of said stock on this delay. I understand that they can take up to 180 days. Do you think that there is enough other positive things going on with this ticker that it can withstand the inevitable delays that will occur with all the change requests?

Oh it’s a priority. Real Estate is the DIRECTION of the company, and this ticker is the key.
No dilution shows that the Authorzed Shares will be used later when the stock is in the dollars. Scott will be able to raise millions of dollars AT HIS WILL.
That’s the whole point of having a publicly traded company; ACCESS TO CAPITAL MARKETS !!!
When the stock hits a buck or two, McAlister can easy raise $10.0-$20.0 million with minimum dilution, 20%.

Scott's been pretty active with his recent real estate transactions, if he really has a plan for this ticker we should get an update soon, it's not like he's sitting idle in other aspects of his business. Question is is THIS ticker still a priority and will it be related to his recent dealings.
It isn’t me. Looks like a scare tactic. Must mean we’re getting close. Material Event news and a gap up and that seller is going to lose his shares quick.

Weird every time someone buys shares that wall at .07 goes down by the number of shares being bought, even though the price the shares that are being bought is not .07.
