Great news for $EDXC! Endexx Corp. has secured a new $3.8 million USD order for its newly acquired, non-nicotine-based vape product, HYLA from customers in Italy.

This $3.8M order is significant in two ways for Endexx. First, it provides the Company with more than $6M of revenue in its first two fiscal quarters of 2023, significantly surpassing its revenue for the entirety of the previous fiscal year. Given that the order came from customers in Italy, it is expected that this influential market will also expand the Company’s footprint in regions to the east, where it is believed that in addition to providing a geographic connection, Italy is considered very influential from both an economic and cultural perspective.

Options for Congress
Congress could choose to maintain the federal prohibition on marijuana, but if it wanted to address the Schedule I status, it could do a number of things: (1) amend the CSA to move marijuana to a less restrictive schedule; (2) create an entirely new schedule or other category for marijuana; or (3) remove it
entirely from the CSA. If marijuana remains a controlled substance under the CSA under any schedule, that would maintain the existing conflict between the federal government and states that have legalized recreational marijuana, though moving marijuana to a less restrictive schedule could help mitigate conflicts between federal law and state medical marijuana laws. The creation of a new schedule solely for marijuana would give Congress an opportunity to modify the criminality of marijuana under the CSA. If Congress chose to remove marijuana from the CSA entirely, it could seek to regulate and tax commercial marijuana activities.

Abstract
Cannabidiol (CBD) products have ascribed an uprising trend for their health-promoting effects worldwide. In contrast to ?9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD exhibits no state of euphoria. Since conversion of CBD into THC in an acidic environment has been reported, it has not been proved whether this degradation will also occur in human gastric fluid. A total of 9 subjects ingested 400 mg CBD as a water-soluble liquid together with lecithin as an emulsifier and ethanol as a solubilizer. Blood samples were taken up to 4 h, and urine samples were submitted up to 48 h. THC, 11-hydroxy-?9-THC (THC-OH), 11-nor-9-carboxy-?9-THC (THC-COOH), CBD, 7-hydroxy cannabidiol (7-OH-CBD), and 7-carboxy cannabidiol (7-CBD-COOH) were determined in blood and THC-COOH and 7-CBD-COOH in urine by LC-MS/MS. Neither THC, THC-OH, nor THC-COOH were detectable in any serum specimen. Only two urine samples revealed THC-COOH values slightly above the threshold of 10 ng/ml, which could also be caused by trace amounts of THC being present in the CBD liquid. It can be concluded that negative consequences for participants of a drug testing program due to a conversion of CBD into THC in human gastric fluid appear unlikely, especially considering a single intake of dosages of less than 400 mg. Nevertheless, there is a reasonable risk for consumers of CBD products being tested positive for THC or THC metabolites. However, this is probably not caused by CBD cyclization into THC in human gastric fluid but is most likely due to THC being present as an impurity of CBD products.

"Legalized marijuana market estimated to be worth $64 billion in US: Report":

A recent study by Coresight Research suggests that the marijuana market has nearly tripled over the previous three years as legalization spreads across the United States.

According to the report’s findings, 22% of the 1,017 survey participants from the 41 states (plus the District of Columbia) where marijuana is currently legal in some form reported having bought it for recreational or therapeutic purposes over the previous 12 months.

It also suggests that participants’ average monthly spending was $85; 1 in 4 spent less than $30, while 9% spent $200 or more.

As a result, Coresight projected that the market is now valued at around $64.3 billion yearly, up from $21.5 billion in 2019.

Two-thirds of marijuana users claimed that their use had grown since marijuana was legalized, 57% of those consumers claimed to have smoked it, 46% to have eaten it, and 42% to have vaped it.

Dilution is not the case with $AAWH. A/S has remained steady, and the independent directors all just made more share purchases. Uplisted to OTCQX within the past year or so & I believe they're hoping to uplist further. IMO the pace of growth what has inhibited revenues thus far, and that growth is in some pretty significant markets.

For example, Ascend is one of only 7 multi-state operators given approval to sell in New Jersey thus far. That's a massive market (predicted to hit $2 Bil in the next few years in NJ) in an industry where buyers generally continue buying from their first good purchase experience location.

It all depends on whether or not your shares are getting massively diluted along the way. I haven't researched this company but growth at the expense of current shareholders is never good (not saying that's the case here, because like I siad, I haven't done my research).

Look at MRMD. They are debt free, have lots of cash, and are generating even more cashflow daily, so they can fund their own growth without diluting the crap out of their shareholders.

Stock has been punished this year (along with the entire industry), but it's a great bargain because of it.

The House sponsor of a bipartisan marijuana banking bill says that the recent introduction of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) federal legalization measure is the “hurdle” that lawmakers needed to overcome to finally pass his more modest reform legislation.

Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-CO) has been adamant about getting the Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Banking Act enacted before he retires from Congress at the end of this session. But while it’s passed in the House seven times in some form, it’s stalled in the Senate under both Republican and Democratic leadership.

Now that Schumer and colleagues have filed their wide-ranging legalization bill, Perlmutter told KOA NewRadio in Denver on Tuesday that there’s a clearer path to passage for the banking legislation.

“I think we may have just overcome our hurdle last week to getting this passed,” Perlmutter said, referencing the filing of the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act (CAOA). “I think we’ll get it passed.”
