Garth seems to have quite a bad press on the ICBT board! They are all waiting on news as well as if ICBT's faith depends on Canwealth Mineral operations.

Any one has any idea what is happening?

Formerly named USG1, Inc. ,Canwealth Minerals is now a fully reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Details on of the filings can be found at The Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is in the process of filing notice with FINRA and is now awaiting its trading symbol. I've discovered that they usually take 8 weeks but also that Canwealth is being scrutinized some more but has every intention to getting it trading. Better days are ahead I believe.

Well, I guess we'll remain with our own opinions. yours based on the information you have, mine is based on information from my sources. can't reveal much at this point, but I hope my information proves to be correct in the end.

S-1 need to be approved, it's a long back and forth process. took 6 months but in the end canwealth got an approval from sec for listing. getting a symbol is more related to being able to find buyers for ipo

Because you said its my agenda. It must be yours. Other wise you would have ask and not told me. Not accepted would be a better phrasing than rejected. Garth has already alluded to this, and the time it is taking is circumstantial evidence there is a request for additional information. The accounting firm change is also circumstantial. ICBT/Canwealth financials are dubious at the least. A basic idiot would laugh at the BS Garth is trying to pass off. (Not calling you a idiot) in pink land it is business as usual, on the OTCBB/FINRA the standard is somewhat higher. It's likely it will be rubber stamp at some point. But I think there will be significant changes. What? I would speculate ICBT is defunct and Canwealth is a independent entity. No 61% ownership. Why, ICBT hasn't been audited in over a year, Garth has abandoned it, if it owns any part of Canwealth it would need to be audited also. Get it. I say this because I saw a pink simply strip all the co,s under it out calling them wholly own independent entities, leaving a empty shell behind. Over night. All this could take a long time, or not. And the possibility it could in fact be rejected out right. Doesn't mean he can't apply again.
