Now that is just silly. As you should realize by now, OTC issuers are no longer considered very desirable, even by one-time penny fans.

And while it might not be too difficult to reinstate the company (for the third time) in Nevada, it'd then have to file a Form 10 registration statement, and then pay a bundle--I forget how much it is now, but the price went up again recently--to OTC Markets.

Penny stock shells are just not worth much now. The object of the amendments to Rule 15c2-11 was to eliminate shell companies, and it's worked pretty well.

Are you daft? This could be reinstated with Nevada SOS in 10 minutes if they sent in a very generic annual report and paid a fee. It’s just bureaucratic stuff. Don’t act as if it’s some sort of arduous process.

In regard to trading again, that’s also not very complicated if the paperwork is provided.

Well you were lucky to buy shares in the lower price range. But some of the CRGP holders bought closer to .01 or higher. But I now Believe that CRGP will go to $40 per share. I believe that all the shares that were bought in the last 15 years were part of a major conspiracy to destroy valuable American companies. There are serious entities at work here. Entities that do not want CRGP to succeed.

I don’t think anyone left holding…or continuing to build a position is “hoping” for anything. It either moves eventually or it doesn’t, but I’m certainly not losing any sleep over it.

However, it certainly seems that your level of agitation over a “dead” ticker and anyone that remains long is suggestive of a person that hopes nothing ever happens here. It’s sad really.
