If we are that close then release it to the public for ALL investors to know ,Not just a few particular people who do take the time to call.
with all due respect a two word reply to any one person or three people can always be denied,
Make the statement public and be accountable for it.

Nic told me he had a deal with CR after we delisted and the deal was canceled when the court ordered the Liquidation.
Nic has said we are close every time someone has talked to him.
He Would Not Tell Anyone anything less than WE ARE TRYING

What does it cost a shell company like this to stay legally current a year? Why wouldn't they just lick there wounds and be done? I have been invested in this company since around 08 and haven't seen anything I can remember them say come true.

Most folks invested because of Toms' past credentials.

Well, his credentials are crap now. He took a legitimate, worldwide company, destroyed it AND, the SOB got a friggin' bonus for it!!

He thought his shit didn't stink and he could do the same thing but better, on his own. So he IPOed DecisionPoint.

DecisionPoint is a complete disaster.

Cape is gone, done, finished, it's a shell with an AS of around ONE TRILLION shares.

IF it ever trades again, a massive Reverse Split is coming. I'm guessing around 10,000:1. If that happens, you're now the proud owner of 27 shares. Providing someone wants to buy this POS shell.

Actually its 189,000 but I didnt spend remotely near that sorry. I acquired the stock on 02/10/2010. I found a chart from that date and it looks like it was actually lower than .001. I only bought roughly $200.00 worth.

I just forgot I was at one point vested in this stock before it disappeared. I'm asking is there still talks of this coming back? If it does come back will I get returned the original shares I purchased?

Unfortunately a number of investors , you and I included have received answers too individual emails , personal phone calls and Text messages from company officers Like The CEO Nic Toms , Paul Ross the new CFO and Phil from investor relations.
All who have frequently shared with individuals that there have been agreements made , acquisitions are in progress , company's are owned or we are waiting for signature's to release news .

AND NONE OF IT HAS HAPPENED

I do not see anything happening here until the officers decide to
MAN_UP and Release news Publicly To The Investors.

There is NO Reason To Keep Silent any more ,There is a Rumor of a New CFO .
Then Lets Acknowledge The Investors with a short description of intentions and maybe even a letter of going forward ?

Something a real company might do??

4000 shares or $4,000? Do whatever makes most sense for yourself. Do you need a tax loss? Even if you answer yes or no, there is nothing to do until end of year. Sit and wait until then, then reevaluate you position at year end.

AGREED!!!! This boat is parked in the harbor for me.. I haven't unloaded it yet but keeping it ready for when the sea's are right! Great thing is I have plenty of other boats and one big freight liner.

I just feel the need to share what I get whether it is true or ever comes to fruition.
