Most knew of excessive dilution , AJW/NIR/Corey
not to mention tax credits ,world wide customer base with countless possibilities.

We may not be where we want to be in this

You need to get over the past, it's done, and you had your chance to challenge the action. By not doing so, you consented to what it is going forward.
Maybe you would not recover your initial monies, but could have recovered some of it.

The fact that we're talking about dissenter's rights is proof to all that this was a colossal heist and failure by Nic Toms, not to mention that actually getting any value from dissenter's rights was impossible by design.

I'm still extremely bitter from what happened here.

If anybody wants to blame me for being stuck here, I'm willing to accept it.

I spent a tremendous amount of time doing DD and supporting Nic Toms because of what he did in the past with PEAK. I didn't think he would dissolve Cape like he did. Hindsight is 20/20.

I was wrong. It wouldn't be the first time I've admitted it. Something tells me, it won't be the last.

With that being said, I don't expect this shell to be aquired anytime soon.
