FYI: "...mixed outlooks for cannabis industry under Trump."
https://mjbizdaily.com/panel-mjbizcon-offers-mixed-outlooks-cannabis-industry-trump/
Good Luck.
I agree...disappointing. The last thing a growing public company should do it shut out their shareholders for almost 8 months. It's pretty annoying...
No response yet. Very disappointed.
You get a response? Their investor relations at this point is pretty piss poor. They really need to work on that.
I did send an email. Let's see if I get a reply.
Much like the rest of this sham of a sector, they probably did not have any or lost s much money they could not pay their accountant.
Yeah starting to get frustrated. I was starting to get a little excited when they release the last 10k. But was disappointed on how they handled the Federal reserve announcement. If you can do something a lot of people can't....why would you not PR that kind of stuff. Makes no sense.
On twitter they posted an interview they had at the Cannabis church in Colorado...but it was a horrible interview for the company. The guy doing the interview focused on one thing only and that was why will you be needed if federal banks get involved. It looked poorly on the company I thought. Tom Siciliano handled it well as he was a good speaker..but just felt they they were thrown into it.
http://one.npr.org/?sharedMediaId=526652302:526652304 interview at the 1:20 point.
I tried emailing Tom and have posted some twitter messages. I have only gotten one response on twitter and they just said thanks for being patient and hold tight on the big announcement they have. Maybe the Federal reserve is just a small piece of the announcement and they have a bigger contract, etc.
Still confident overall but I think we are going to have a really boring summer leading up to this years elections where another 7-8 states and Canada are looking to legalize in 2018. Also you have California coming on line with dispensaries later this year early next. Lots and lots of money will be floating around and I hope they are using this slow time to get financing/acquisitions and grow like hot cakes. Tons of money to be made.
No clue. I tweeted back at them the other day expressing my frustration and they said they are diligently working on them. Yet, they are hiring etc. Are others contacting them? Shareholder revolt is needed! Lol
What happened to the financials? Has anyone heard?
Not large enough
StockSleuth, Just curious...
How big is your short position?
Good Luck.
I see this sham of a stock traded by appointment again today. A whopping $400 of stock traded hands today. LOL
Predicted that this stock would fall from where it came out and never gain any sustainable momentum. Trading from .08 to .10 on minimal volume means nothing.
How have you been spot on?
Security in an industry that needs a LOT of security, will see where we end up with the players involved, proven billion dollar industry...suspect how?
Stock price and filings are the tell of the tape. How come I have been spot on regarding all these canna-scams?
Suspect business, suspect players and a suspect industry.
Based on what facts?
Any volume is a sell opportunity as this is on the canna-scam short list!
Technicals look pretty good also. Weekly chart showing reversal with 50 MA at .091...breaking that would be good this week. Also Bollinger bands are super tight...but technicals aren't my strong suit.
Yeah was a big 300k bid...looks like they got about half. Will see what's up this week.
Did you even read it? That filing is for 2015..and before they acquired bill als security. The 100 shareholders are registered shareholders who don't hold shares with their brokers...means nothing. Low float low os...this will go. Look at fusz for an example of what will happen here.
LOL. It is still $0.10 and according to your "great" filing, you have under 100 shareholders. This thinly traded and held scam is a breeding ground for a stock scam!
It was up 28 percent on Friday. Volume is increasing. I talked to the CEO. 2016 and Q1 fins to be released back to back and the numbers are staggering
Your stock price tells it all! Keep investing in this garbage!!
But.....THE STOCK WENT NOWHERE. Someone is willing to dump paper at these levels. That should tell you everything you need to know!!
The only jackasses on here are the fools that keep thinking this is a good investment. At the end of the day, NOBODY CARES ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND SHADY INDUSTRY!!!
By looking at the financials, this company is no different than many of these canna-scams that do nothing but incur expenses and has no clue how to make money.
Better volume today on the buy side. Maybe someone knows what's coming?
Agree with everything you said. Potential only matters if you do something with it.
I am as frustrated as you are. The only saving grace is the extremely low volume that has drove down the price. I really would have thought having access to the Federal Reserve is big news. The problem is they just filed the 8k stealthly without outlining in a PR what this means to the company.
I have been following facebook and it looks like they took part in a documentary and also an radio interview. They also are hiring a marketing intern and a job function is PR releases. My only hope is they are doing all of this to lead up to a PR campaign and start promoting the damn stock a bit. That is one thing AMFE has been doing extremely well to kick off there 500% rise!
Financials have taken them forever. They said back in November they would have them done in December. Hopefully that is what kick starts everything. But right now the random jackass poster on here is right...there is NO interest.
One step forward. Next 2016 and Q1 back to back. Get the stupid stop sign removed on OTC. Then PR the Fed Reserve announcement and get the stock trading like it should. Our patience will be rewarded.
Here comes the financials....starting with 2015 10K. Good news.
This should be a PR on the news wire! Good stuff!
I hear ya fast...good stuff! I hope they explain this in a PR so people know what it really means. The 8K didn't have a ton of detail. Also hope those financials come soon also! Maybe it won't just be us talking to each other...on this board for much longer haha
This is great news and supports their earlier tweets. Financials are next. Q1 was huge and I expect them to release annual and Q1 together. Stop sign will be removed in OTC and things will be good.
Supporting that we might be the only company is this conference:
http://scta.securetransportassociation.org/speakers/
Our security guy is speaking here...and there are a TON of federal reserve speakers.
I think this is gigantic news if we are the only security firm that can deliver cannabis cash to the federal reserve.
NEWS 8K filed today. HUGE news that they can now deliver cash to the federal reserve. I hope they come out with a PR to explain the importance of this. Most of the articles dealing with the problems in the industry have to do with Cash and how/where it's delivered. Everything I have seen has denied the dispensaries from directly working with the federal reserve. It looks like CSAX is the middle man and will be the client as they don't really do anything with cannabis. This is HUGE news if they are the first to do this. More explanation of what this means needs to be addressed...but looks really good.
Item 8.01
Other Events
As of April 2017, CSA, LLC has been approved to start delivering cash to the Federal Reserve, continuing CSA’s cash transportation support to the cannabis industry. “This new service provides an incredible opportunity for enhancing our growth dramatically while providing a needed service for our clients,” states Tom Siciliano, President, CSA, LLC.
Just a couple Articles on issues industry has with banking:
http://kightoncannabis.com/federal-reserve-denies-cannabis-credit-unions-application/
http://www.businessinsider.com/americas-marijuana-companies-cant-put-money-in-banks-2015-11
http://www.wealthdaily.com/articles/cannabis-investors-and-the-federal-reserve/8341
Also really missed out on amfe....been doing really well. Had it as a buy at .015 and bought other garbage stocks instead...ouch.
I am wondering what the hold up on financials is....they keep saying soon...getting frustrating! Also the "big news" has been coming for a few months...they probably jumped the gun a bit. Still throw us a bone....I have been close to adding shares with other stock profits...but I need something! 6 months of silence is getting close to being too long....
Once again...NOBODY CARES ABOUT THIS SCAM OF A PUBLIC COMPANY as evident by its pathetic trading pattern, suspect cap table and players involved. This is nothing but another breeding ground for the scam artists to muddle the public cannabis industry even further.
Yeah we are hanging in there...but starting to get a little annoying how silent they have been for 6 months!
Thanks a ton for the update! Even if we are the only two shareholders!
TA numbers float went up a bit since Feb 15th. Went up about 900k shares with OS staying the same. Love they don't dilute.

Yeah they really need to get those financials done! Gotta be close...
"...nobody cares about this ..."
Well, the person to whom you replied most likely cares.
There are almost seven billion people on the planet, and you're saying "nobody cares".
Are you sure about that assertion?
I think your claim is absurd on the face of it. You are unbelievable.
Get used to it as nobody cares about this sham!
Very interesting! I was expecting fins today...
Some interesting DD from CSAX's competitor BLPG 10k released a few days ago. They seem to have some trouble making money and it really seems mismanaged which should allow CSAX to steal their customers and win more business in other states.
But...Pretty Pretty interesting blurb though about a software they are working on. It was also in their 2015 10k...so seems like they are having some trouble finishing it.
Intellectual Property
We are developing a proprietary streamlined government-certified software capable of tracking all movements of cannabis products through to cash to taxes paid to deposits with the Federal Reserve Bank. The technology behind our software is being engineered and developed by subcontractors, and we consider it proprietary and confidential, and protected under trade secret laws. We have not sought to patent our aspect of this technology; however, we have not yet determined if we will seek to patent any aspect of the software in the future.
I know a read an article about California looking for this very software. It was going to be announced in May who won the contract.
Pretty interesting...CSAX needs to get moving!
My hope is we see them this week...
