Hoping we get to see those financials this week! I am ready for some action...sick of this .09-.10 range!
I need volume and due to the lack of interest in this sham, I have to wait.
Short it now...if it sucks so much. You could make bank!
Get ready to hit it. You are playing with fire once it starts to move. The float is tight
Any upside movement will trigger my short button!
Better get in now. Fins are coming and they are going to be very good. Hiring more employees everyday because if the banking deal.
This company has no clue what they are doing. Much like the other public cannabis scams, this one will be out of business soon enough.
Thanks for the PM...could be exciting.
Good news you got to talk to him. Yeah I really like the company it's really professional and I think 2017-2018 should be a HUGE year for them if they can play their cards right. I really hope we acquire someone in California or open a large presence there. There is going to be a TON of money flowing in from there in 2017-2018 for security companies. Billions of dollars will need to be moved around along with 100's of dispensaries opening. That's just Cali.
I have been keeping an eye on their competition the last month or so. (Ticker BLPG) They seem to be very similar companies but I think CSAX has edge with a stronger management team and tighter float. I think I might be buying some of that as it's around .04. Someone has been very slowly buying up all shares around .035. I was turned off a little by their last 2 news releases as it just seemed like a fluff to me.
The last public security company is a pure float play. (Ticker HSCC) This is the stock I made a lot of money back in 2014. The management is piss poor but I think if either CSAX/BLPG start making moves this will follow. The shares are in super tight hands and a couple holders own 10-15% of the float alone. By far the riskiest of the bunch because the management is so horrible..but if the cannabis security sector makes a move it will also.
I talked to Tom last week by phone. He said they plan to release audited, up to date financials next week. He said Q1 of this year has been very strong. I think longs will be happy like we've been saying. Patience should end up paying off. Put it this way...I just got back from a tax appointment and I need to sell some stock to cover last year's gains. I'm not touching CSAX.
Man this thing is really boring to watch daily the last few months. Can't wait for some action! They really need to get their financials completed. They first said December then they said a couple weeks early March. Lets get that done...I am not a big fan of missing lots of dates. We can only trust that they are working on it all. It's about time to give shareholders an update as it's been almost 5 months since any news. That is a LONG time for a public company. Still have the faith..but come on guys!
I don't know if they currently serve any non MJ clients. Personally, I don't think anything is going to change as Sessions has admitted the Feds don't have the resources to enforce federal law in all the Rec legal states.
The float for this stock is very low and it moves up and down quickly. It's been as high as .50 in the last year. Right now the stock lacks interest and the CEO knows it. News and financial update will help pique interest. If you follow them on Twitter they are hiring like crazy and are going to making an announcement regarding a new rev stream with Safe Harbor in CO.
It's a double edged sword regarding when to get in. You can wait and chase or get in now and hold for an increase at some point in the future. It's been trading in a narrow range for a few months now.
Yeah I know it's super difficult having patience in these types of plays...but in the end they have paid off more than not for me. I hate having money tied up it sucks....well unless we get 500-1000% on this investment then I think we will be pumped. Just need more communication from them. I would love for them to start promoting the stock a bit before they release the big news. It makes sense to advertise the heck out of yourselves at this point before late 2017-early 2018 when dispensaries start popping up in all the new states. They should have strong revenues on compliance and setting up security this year....followed by large revenues on armed car/guard next year when all these businesses open up.
I also really like the float..I been watching the stock Level II For awhile and I saw a 100k bid go from .08 to .10 and it still took them over a week to fill. That means nobody wants to sell and there are no shares available or dilution. But that also means we need SOMETHING to spark some volume...it's been anemic and people don't like no volume because it's hard to get out.
I don't believe they do anything outside of cannabis security. The big thing though is that Medical MJ is not going away and it just keeps getting adopted in more states. Not quite as big as recreational but there is still a lot of money to be made in security. The company has been around since 2009 before there was any recreational. Also it seems like we are 3-4 years away from banking at major banks. It surely is Risk vs Reward...but if this becomes the premium security company for cannabis and we are getting in at .10. That would be awesome as this would hit dollars.
Key points in my mind:
1) Show us you hit last years 2.4 million revenue in financials (Combined 3.8 with Big Al's). Looking at 5 million this year. That alone is pretty nice for a company that is only valued at 10 million dollars right now.
2) Hopefully the contracts for California, Maine, Nevada, and Mass start coming in. These states haven't really started selling and probably won't until 2018...but CSAX should be able to be big enough to handle the biggest cash deposits in Cali.
3) Hoping the BIG NEWS they are going to release is something of significance tied to their Covington group. Their competitor went up 300% (blpg) in November when they announced vaulting. They also just put out news saying that it's grown 300% since October. So it's a good space with tons of money to be made. I posted an intervew today off their twitter where the lady says they are dealing with 27 million dollars in cash EVERYDAY and they use security transportation to move it. This is just one company dealing with cash!
4) Our COO seems very very smart. Listen to the below interview...he knows whats up. The ONLY issue I have is that the promises that were made in November still have not been completed...makes investor a little uneasy. He even stated that he believes the stock crashed to .03 cents based on deliquent filings. So he spending a lot of time on financials to get them up on the OTC.
5) Lastly when they spend some time on the stock...we have seen the results. It went from .03 to .25 on a series of great interview and press. So we know it can be done again. This time I am thinking we should be able to get to .50-1.00 with great news and great financials...both of what they have said they have.
This is a great interview if you haven't heard it he explains a lot about how long it's taken to get to where they are. His Q/A also is great as they explain long term hurdles, etc.
Do you know if the company has any non-cannabis-related clients?
I am wondering how long the cannabis industry will remain viable and semi-legal under the Trump monarchy.
VP Mike Pence stated firmly and loudly that they would kill off the recreational use of MJ the first opportunity they have. The new attorney general has stated the same kind of attitude. But it looks like he hasn't yet received his marching orders.
With the company being so quiet about their activities and any progress, and the entire industry that they serve being in possible jeopardy of being blown away, as it is...
What are the long term prospects for this company?
Why should anyone take a chance with this stock?
I am watching several cannabis-industry stocks and I want to pick one or two. That is why I am here asking question.
Good Luck.
It has to be an armored car contract with cannibis companies and banks is my guess. During the month of October trading volume was quite strong so people do know about this stock. To your point, news, financials, and hiring strong IR firm could send this to the moon. I hope our patience is rewarded one day. I'm underwater and can't sell if I wanted to. I'm just pissed that my money could be working so much harder for me.
They have started to tweet out banking related info. If you listen to the interview there is a big part about armored cars. Still curious as to what CSAX is getting into on the banking front. I hope the announcement is soon. CSAX is like watching paint dry right now...super tight channel of .09-.11 for a couple months. Not a huge charter but I know Bollinger band squeezes are a big indicator and right now I don't think they can get any tighter.
We really just need some communication outside of twitter for shareholders. Also would love to see those financials they have been promising. I am sure they are difficult because of the acquistion of Big Al's last year.

@supyoscn Thanks for reaching out & remaining patient. Announcement is still to come. In the meantime, here's a hint! It has to do w/banking
I see this sham of a stock trading almost $700 worth of stock today. Things are looking up for this scam. LOL
Hey I can't PM's and I am never giving Ihub another cent. I think that is awesome what you said...and could be really really big!
Lets see about that. Keep buying this garbage and at the end of the year lets see where you stand.
"...very suspicious of the public companies because 90% are all stock scams..."
I think I finally understand your motivation. If a stock (any stock) isn't moving up in price on increasing volume, THEN it is automatically labeled a SCAM (by you). WOW!
So, why in the world, are you even posting on a stock forum? Is Investor's Hub aware of your viewpoint? Why did you signup for an account on a site that caters to stock investment?
It would seem to be an incredible waste of your time. I suggest you focus your energy on the Bond market. Or maybe put your money into a CD, etc.
So, you believe "90% are all stock scams". Are you kidding us?
Good Luck, now go Away.
That's find go invest in the big boards and make your 10% a year. I will invest in a growing industry and post 100-1000% gains this year. It's all choice...but for you to keep spitting out complete nonsense makes you sound like a bitter old fool that can't catch up with the MJ train. You have ZERO facts....and all that is present to you is facts and you blow them all off. Not logical.
CA Cannabis Business Expo - what a joke. I am sure that will be covered by CNBC! - LOL. Name just one credible, sophisticated investor that will be in attendance. I am not scared of pot, I am very suspicious of the public companies because 90% are all stock scams, have to use paid promotion and run by pot heads that have ZERO experience in the public markets. This industry was and still is a major target for all the stock scammers and bogus promoters.
Proof is in the stock price, trading volume average and acceptance by mainstream investors. This sham has not one of those! Keep supporting this scam, you cannot get that hurt when playing with a "trade by appointment" $0.10 canna-scam stock.
Key word...past CEO. Why don't you ever bring up current events like the president being a major presentor today at the California Cannabis Business Expo? You are going to miss out out on a ton of money..cause you are scared of pot.
http://www.calcanbizexpo.com/speaker/tom-siciliano/
You don't get it. They've had a new CEO for almost a year. Since that time they've made two acquisitions and are profitable. Read this.
http://www.calcanbizexpo.com/speaker/tom-siciliano/
If they are such a scam, why waste your time posting about them? Unbelievable. This tells me things are about to change in a good way for this stock. Last time I waste my time responding to your baseless BS.
where is their most recent filing?
i don't see a recent one anywhere....
Company is garbage. Just look at their past CEO, minimal liquidity and lifeline of dealing with a bunch of non sophisticated potheads that are in this industry.
This is a great post on summarizing the penny market. These stocks are in the pennies for a reason. CSAX IMO is one of the most legit out there so far. They still need to come through on some of the things they have discussed but to say they are a scam is crazy. Check out Facebook to see how much of a scam they are.
As for the volume I agree 100%. Management needs to step up here and promote the stock a bit. They have a lot of good things going on but if you are a public company you need to share this with your shareholders. So far in 2017 we haven't heard a peep other than what shareholders have dug up themselves. This needs to change for any progress to be made with the stock price. I still buy some when I can. I believe this is definitely the bottom as the channel in the range for a few months. Not a charter but I think if we bust out of the channel we got up pretty good. Float is definitely tight here as there is NO dilution and the float is 18 million. Guessing a big part of that is long term holders...lets say 7-8 million. Not a lot to go around once we get some momentum.
If by "real fundamentals" you mean profits, PE ratio, etc...
...penny stocks rarely if ever have any fundamentals.
And more often than not any financial information is hard to get because many don't file and are rarely audited. Occasional press releases are all you can reasonably expect.
That's why penny stocks are more effectively traded on a technical basis. IMO. There are only 5 numbers involved in real-time; Open-High-Low-Close and Volume. Add the Authorized share count and Float and you have all the data you need to trade penny stocks for profit.
Anyway, I would like to see more daily volume here before I decide to jump in.
Good Luck.
Couldn't agree more. There is new leadership that actually knows how to run a business, publish on time financials, abstain from toxic financing etc. It's all about the quality of leadership. This company is growing in a growing industry and has first mover advantage.
You are better off playing the penny stocks that have real fundamentals and trade with volume so you have liquidity. This dog has way too many fleas - just look at how they went public, the players involved and the legal issues of the last CEO.
Which big trading outfit do you work for that your would be "high" on a fraud of a company such as this?
Well, Many thanks for sharing your opinion. I'm sure you've thought it through.
But I don't share it. I see opportunity for great gains in penny stocks. It all depends on how you pick them and play them.
So, although I am not yet invested here I would be comfortable in owning a few shares. So I will just keep watching for a while, to see what develops on the Federal level.
From my viewpoint this company is little different than any other armored car cash delivery business. They are just exploiting a niche created by the gaps in the federal banking laws. Short term, they have little or no competition. Also, they really have NOTHING TO DO with the recreational marijuana business. They don't transport product - they just move cash. If they are around in 2018 they will be a much bigger company, for sure. All just my opinion...
Good Luck.
Which Big Pharma company do you work for? LOL. You have no idea of the reality of MJ and its growth potential.
Just look at these piss-ant bogus companies such as this one and other public ones. All scams that will never make it out of the shadows of the micro-cap frauds and be recognized by real bankers and investors.
In 2016 the states of Colorado and Washington had over $2 Billion...
...in sales from "this sham of an industry."
http://legalinsurrection.com/2017/02/marijuana-sales-top-1-billion-in-colorado-washington-combined/
So, how many Billion$ of sales will it take for YOU to recognize this new emerging industry?
Just exposing these canna-scams and the entertainment of hearing how naive people are regarding this sham of an industry.
That's cool. If you have no interest in this stock, what compels you to post? Just saving the world one investor at a time?
I will take my chances. This is nothing but another canna-scam. Industry is out of favor and nobody cares about this company or industry in the REAL public markets. They are nothing but a breeding ground for scams.
I put together this DD post for another site. Thought I would sticky it for when all the new investors show up!
I am going to throw out one of the less traditional MJ stocks. The ticker is CSAX and the great thing about it is that it's yet to have a big run and it currently at .10. It is one of the few public security companies in the MJ industry. They are diverse at what they provide.
*Physical Security at Dispensaries and grow faclities.
*Setup Security and make sure you are compliant via cameras, thumb print scanners, etc
*A fleet of armored cars to transport the weed/cash.
Below is some DD I have collected. The stock has been stagnant since November but according to their Facebook page with teases for the last few weeks of announcements and also calls to the President by a long shareholder things appear to be moving along.
Company Details:
Year Founded: 2009
Ownership structure/operating entities: Public company: CSAX
Management Team: Tom Siciliano, President – Al Burke, EVP of Op’s – Jessica Anderson, Sr Accountant – Jennifer Cox, Marketing Director – Kevin Brown, Sales Director – Josh Ray, Cannabis Operations Manager – Brenden Latasha, Systems Operations Manager
Headquarters: Denver, CO
Website: www.cannasecurity.com
Industry Segment/Category: Cannabis Security – Guard Services, Armor trucks for cash transport and alarm systems
Current Markets/States Served: CO, AZ, CA, NC, NV, OR, WA, TX
Current Number of employees: 120
Market Strategy/Goal: Expand into new states through new targeted sales and key acquisitions. Already one of the largest companies in the US, but want to build on that making us by far the largest. Also expanding into Canada.
2014 Revenues: $634,000
2015 Revenues: $780,000
2016 Projected Revenues: $2,400,000
Product/Revenue Mix: 50% guards services, 20% cash transport, 30% systems
Expansion Plans: To complete an acquisition in southern Calf in early 2017 – look to other acquisitions in Northern Calf, Oregon and Arizona – Also look to expand east in Ohio, PA, FL, NJ
Financing strategy: Through the use of their stock (This is key as they have not diluted in 4 months. They truly would only use stock for a major acquistion)
1) TA confirmed Share Structure:
I call every couple of weeks and it has not changed since November 15th where the float and OS went up 300k shares
. Meaning there is NO dilution.
Authorized: 500,000,00
OS: 126,351,955
Float: 18,916,616
3) Unknown sleeper stock. There is not a lot of cheerleaders and the board is posted on very seldom by a couple of longs.
4) The company is big enough that the CSAX president is presenting March 8th at the Marijuana Investor Summit
http://www.calcanbizexpo.com/speaker/tom-siciliano/
DD links:
Company Website: http://www.cannasecurity.com/
Cannabis Investor Interview:
I saw that. That's my hope and a big news announcement would be a nice headline for his presentation.
Our guy is presenting next week at the MARIJUANA INVESTOR SUMMIT on March 8th. Could bring in some new investors/volume. Hopefully what they have been teasing will be announced around then also.
http://www.calcanbizexpo.com/speaker/tom-siciliano/
I've talked to the CEO on the phone. He called me back. I feel very good about where this company is going. We won't be on this OTC exchange for long IMO. Real revenue, hiring like crazy and no dilution. Wait for it!
So now you have changed your tune. First this company didn't exist and they were totally fake. Now you are saying people aren't interest in the stock. AT this point I agree about the stock portion...no interest. How in the heck is a stock with no volume putting money in pockets of the sharks? hahaha You need to sell shares to make money!
As I stated for months, nobody cares about this sham of a company. The public vehicle is nothing but a trap to put money in the pockets of the few sharks that hold all the cards from years ago.
Yeah I just keep adding when I can. It's just pretty frustrating when you look around at other MMJ/MJ stocks and see so many of them with absolutely no business going nuts. Patience is really a killer sometimes..but my gut really tells me we have something good here.
The goods:
1) More and more hiring...seems like this has ramped up a ton in the new year. That can only mean good things.
2) OS hasn't moved in 4 months. They aren't diluting to stay in business which is KEY for me to hold anything longer than a month down here in the penny playground.
3) Social media has been very active with all kinds of teases on what's coming. I am thinking they might be announcing something at Cannabis expo next week. Lets hope it's something great.
4) New Armored Fleet...very slick I think and really is a big revenue generator if they can get the contracts.
The Bads:
1) Stock promotion...they have done a piss poor job of any communication with shareholders. It shows in the price and volume. This can be fixed pretty easily....lets hope they do it.
2) Not following through with promises. They said by December numbers would be filed. They said by the end of Jan they would have some announcements. (Deals fall through so I get this one) One companies miss dates...shareholders get on edge. We can tell that has happened a few times with some bigger holders dumping. Again can be fixed.
It's just one of those things we have to be patient on. I wish the volume was a little higher so we could be locking the float a bit more...but I am thinking it's already pretty locked.
Ya it's one of those things...undiscovered. I believe in a year we are going to be like...damn we are smart! I just hope fundamentals = what i Believe. This business = $$$$$$$....but it's not advertised. This company does security the best...and on a public level...let people know!
I was pretty clear about my disappointment with the lack of volume and stressed the need to market themselves. I got the impression that good things were happening and details to be released shortly. Updated financials should come out soon and I expect them to be good. This is a gem. I remember you saying this is one to tuck away and wait on the day it rockets up.
Still teasing on the site..."It's a game changer". I think we find out something in the next couple of weeks. I hope they pair whatever it is with some kinda of stock awareness. I feel like they did a pretty good job back in November...and it shows what happens when they do. The last 3 months DEC/JAN/FEB has been very quiet with few of the developments they talked about in November coming to fruitation. I am hoping they were hard at work those months and it sounds like they were from the posts. Time to get excited about progress! Oh and OS hasn't change at all since November so the float here is still lowwwwwww.
