I have searched far and wide, and I find no evidence that Ross is funneling CMI money to his private company C&C.
If you have evidence post it here or post a link to it. Otherwise it is just speculation on your part, your OPINION.

I don't want to get burned again, so lets have it out in the open. I know I could be wrong about this one, I have been before.

besides the email point, what THINGS are you refering to? That is a very vague statement, lets have some facts or details. I can't run a search for "things".

Email could easily get screwed up during a major move.If it stays that way after the move is completed then I might be concerned.

I can't find any, except for things Ross "says."
I'm listing the only facts I can find. If they happen to be negative, That's the way it is.
After the 50:1 split, Ross's 300M shares were worth 12-million dollars,
Now, at .0005, they are worth 120-thousand.
Isn't that incentive enough to do something about it?
So, why isn't anything being done?

I'm well aware of the pitfalls of investing in a Pink Sheet stock and, as I initially did here, I buy in with the hope that things will improve.
Hope is all there is.
But, in the early stages of Ross's tenure I discovered that he was funneling money from CMI to C&C. (but I can't PROVE it)
At that time, I considered it a perk of his position and it didn't matter, as long as it didn't hurt CMI......but it does!

Since then, the little lies and inconsistancies have built up to the point where it obvious that something is wrong.
You said that it isn't much of a drop from .04,(the post-split price), to the sub-pennies where it is now.
Sorry buddy, the drop from .04 to .0005 is 8000%
That's eight-thousand-percent!
If you think this is normal, even in a down market, you're fooling yourself

It has become apparent to me that Ross is using CMI as a vehicle, a cash cow for C&C.
Comics and Comix is his privately held business and his first love.
It took him 12-years to build it up.
Do you really think he will sacrifice that for CMI?

When MANLEO went to visit the warehouse everyone acted like he discovered gold......why, a warhouse is a warehouse?
Because, for the last several months, Ross has been making an issue of it.
He's been taking attention away from the company and making the warehouse appear very important......a very smooth con.
When I read MANLEO's report, I asked questions in my mind;
What did he find out?
1....That it exists
2....It has a lot of stuff in it.
3....There are several people working there.
And, more questions;
1....Whose stuff is that and how would anyone know?
2....Who do those people work for and who's paying them?(not necessarily the same answer).
MANLEO didn't really find out anything that everyone didn't already believe anyhow, but I did find it odd that after saying that he would only be there every two or three weeks, MANLEO was able to walk in and there Ross was....What a conincidence!.

The "hounding" I've done about the 15c2-11 is finally starting to pay off,
Ross has agreed to send me a copy and make it available to anyone who asks for it, but he may have painted himself into a corner.
Lately, he's tried evey ploy he can think of to keep that from happening.
He's implied that it will take 90 days from the end of the quarter.........
That's flat out BS and a couple other posters have caught him on it.

I believe, in the next month or two, many things will become clear that, so far, people have only guessed at.
Now, some investors are getting concerned because thay can't even contact him via email.....

Calm down scrooge, I didn't intend that post as a personal attack. I was just stating my view of your posts, sorry if it offended you.

I know the price has plummeted, but look around the markets and you will see that most stocks have fallen to new lows as this one has. There are many new sub penny's out there. There are so many pinks now that brokers are now trading them who would not have touched them 6 months ago.

All OTC BB stocks are gambles, we knew that going in.

I honestly think Ross is trying to make this grow, not scam the public.

As far as the lack of information goes, this is pinky land so you get what you pay for. With the number of shares Ross has I don't think he would have brought us to pinky land just to avoid reporting. I think he will give us news when there is news worth the cost of a press release. He has stated that he is working with a new public relations firm, so it will happen when the time is right.

I know you have taken quite a beating on this one, and I understand your eagerness to get the price up. But some of your posts puzzle me with the negativity you find in what appears to me to be good news, such as a shareholder verifying what Ross has stated about the warehouse.

If I were to see proof of a scam I would certainly say so on the thread. I have on the NRES thread, and will continue to do so. I learned a great deal about scams while I owned NRES shares. I see no similarities in CMIH and NRES, nor any of the other blatant scams that have been exposed.

A stock at $2.00 does a 50:1 split and the price must go to $0.04. From .04 to sub penny is not really a big step considering the state of the markets these last 18 months or so. When the bubble burst we all knew this was coming, if we were watching.

Having no business training, I have no idea where the money is going, but I don't think it's going up Ross's nose. In my opinion a stock buyback is the key to prosperity for CMIH, but I don't expect it for a while yet. I honestly believe Ross is sincere and honest, and I am slowly accumulating shares.

ArticTrader, rather than respond to your personal attack, I'll give you a little food for thought.

First, besides Ross Rojek's personal posting campaign, what, if anything do you have to find positive about this stock?
Take him and his statements out of the mix, then show me something positive.

Second, Don't you find it a little odd that before a year ago, the share price was bouncing around the 1,50-2.00 range and since the 50:1 F/S last March 1, it became a sub-sub-penny stock......and has NEVER recovered?

Third, don't you find it a little odd that for the period around the split there were more than a dozen PRs, then, all of a sudden, they started drying up?

Forth, mid-year, Fandom/AU were acquired. These companies were listed as doing 6-8 million dollars for the year before and 900-thousand for the Christmas holidays.
Has there been any revenue from them since the acquisition?
If so, where is the money going?

It's obvious that the CEO, who seems to like having total, unchallenged control, cares not one iota about investors interest or the health of the company as a publicly traded Corporation.
He is running this company as if it were a sole-proprietorship and we, as investors, are treated like mushrooms with no say.
As long as this company stays in the Pinks, he can do that and IMO, that's by design.
If the stock became listed, we would know WHERE the money is going.

ArticTrader.......one of the main reasons I came to the IHub website is because there is more control over the wild arguing, bickering and silliness of the RB boards.
If you disagree with me, you certainly have the right to argue the points, but, your post to me has crossed that line. I'll be happy to debate the facts of an issue, but I try to stay away from personal issues.

well I went to check out the new warehouse. the warehouse is 11,000 sq.ft. and it is in a nice area of sacramento,ca.. when I drove up a man was outside on the phone and ask him if this is CMIH warehouse and ask him his name and he said ross. he was happy to show me around we talked some.I meet a few people there.I also ask if he was superboy and he said yes. there was a few people packing and a few people on computers. he said he bring thing from back east. also he said everything is running ok and said he will have a openhouse when everything is in place. I told him I was MANLEO and he felt comfortable with it. here is my opinion : by talking to mr.ross I feel he is a smart and honest person and wants this company to be great. I feel he will make this company a eye catcher. but if you are looking for a fast mover it will not happen fast.I would tell people to buy and I will buy more too.maybe a few million over time. CMIH is a stock that I will hold and wait to make money. I was very inpress .so I told ROSS that I was very negative on this stock and told him I miss judge him and the company and apologize,he said no problem .so now there is no doubt in my opinion about CMIH . this company is for real.

Progress report and a question......
Ross Rojek has promised to have the financials done by the end of the month and send me a copy of the 15c2-11 at that time.

Ross seems to be side-stepping any questions about the location of the new warehouse in Sacramento.
Does anyone know the address?

Progress Report.........................

Here's a post I made to Ross Rojek regarding my efforts to obtain a copy of form 15c2-11;

In an attempt to get a copy of this form, as you suggested, I did the following;
Called my Broker and was told that, since they are not a Market Maker in this stock, they could not get a copy of it.
They referred me to Knight Securities.
Emailed Knight and was told that they could not release a copy of the form......was referred to the NASD.
Emailed the NASD....no response
Called the NASD Public Disclosure Hotline[phone]), and was told that form 15c2-11 was NOT a public disclosure form.
It's been four months since you first said that this form was "almost" ready to be filed.

I will be emailing you with an address to send it to.

The email is easy to understand, as he might be on the road, and have his comics email not on his computer(this happens to me, hence I've a webbox email as well).

I have had the same expericences as you to a degree.

We will have to play wait and see, still... RR doesn't have anymore shares to dish out (where oh where did they all go!), so he's got to do something different now, be a real reporting company for his investors. It's definetly put up or shut up time for him.

I've put so many questions to Ross, that, at this point, I'm a little burned out on song-n-dance responses.

His reluctance to reveal any financial information about this company is really starting to make me wonder....
If he made that form public, would it be good news?...I wonder.

Just today, I noticed something that, in itself, dosen't mean anything, but it doesn't make me feel any better;

Also, as far as this form goes, he has made a statement that he would send me a copy if I can't get it anywhere else.
I think we will see if he will keep his word.

That sounds right, but I would think that if you have a broker that has a wide OTCBB market, like Schwab or Herzog say, that they would request it for you. But there is no reason why RR just can't make it public anyway, it would be to his advantage, I don't know why he just doesn't put up the CMIHoldingsInc.com website?!?! Do me a favor and ask him, he should just put the form up on the website, along with some other info on the holdings, we'd be up to .003-.005 within a week.

myDDdotcom, The only one whom I felt really shined my on was Knight Securities.
They have a copy of it.
My Broker said that because they are not one of the Market Makers in this stock, they don't have a right to it either.
Makes sense to me.
In the beginning, when the SEC first required a form 15c2-11 for the Market Maker to keep in their files, there was only ONE Market Maker per stock.
All the other Broker/Traders made a secondary market.
Now, with so many MMs the SEC requires that only the "first" Market Maker keep a copy.
But, I would have really been surprised if Knight had provided a copy for me.
It's not a public form.
I'm still waiting for a response from the NASD.

I've read in 'penny stock guides' that they are available, but through your broker only. Funny how you are getting the run-around. Do you have a full-service broker? Yea, we needs something hard financially. RR tells us that the value of this, at a 10:1 sales ratio, is .005, that would be nice to be confirmed.

We have been waiting a long time for the price to show the movement,( strength), that it has in the last few trading days.

It has not been too often, if ever, that Ross Rojek has made a definite statement of committal about anything.
It's always been, "I plan to, I want to, I hope to, etc.
Well, when it comes to the form 15c2-11, in one of his last posts on RB, he HAS made a definite statement to get a copy of it to me.
In case you don't realize how important this is;
There are no filings and no legal, binding information about this company.
All we have is what we have been told.
The 15c2-11 can change that.
Basically, it contains all the information found in a 10K, but it's not available to the public.
Ross thinks it is and and promised to send me a copy if I can't get a copy anywhere else.
So far, I've contacted my Broker and they can't do it because they "aren't a Market Maker."
Knight Securities says that they can't release that information to the public and referred me to the NASD.
I'm waiting for a reply from the NASD right now and, when that fails.......I go to Ross!
We'll see!

All day, the spread was .0005X.0006 and all the trades were sells at .0005
Then, there was 300K @.0006 and right after that, three trades for about 860K at .0008
Very strange!
But, at least end-of-year, as well as end-of-month manipulation is some sort of answer.

end of year games by the MM's going on, as they moved it down yesterday on little selling, took a lot of buys off the ask, and now have moved the ask back up, but the bid remains below.

I hope Ross is serious about getting this stock back up, taking into account the FS, the actual % has been nearly doubled in O/S since he's taken over, and the A/S is all taken, what's next....

I'm not happy with the share price. And as the largest shareholder if the share price goes up, I end up getting value from that. It's called self interest.

However I can't either wave a magic wand (or send out a PR) that will shoot the share price up. However I can:

Work on tightening up the float (by ourselves and with others)

Get the Company story out. (I got an investor phone call from the Toy Drive site. Looked at the toy drive site, followed the AnotherUniverse.com links and found the info on CMI.)

Show a consistent, growing company with a firm direction that can continue to grow and develop without any of the "dot com" smoke and mirrors in the business plan.

Doesn't give a hoot about the share price? HA.

Yea, it's pretty tough to be optimistic about the stock right now. I have been willing to go along with RR's timeline though, and he stated last year midway through that the acq's would take precedence over the filings, and then the xmas season as well. If we get no buyback, it means the company is probably broke. If we get no filings, it means that there's little hope. There is a lot of value in what he acquired, and he is doing great fulfillment work (at least great alliances), so I don't see how a website would show no value, I think it would be the opposite. Anyway, lets hope it works out.
