I'm well aware of the pitfalls of investing in a Pink Sheet stock and, as I initially did here, I buy in with the hope that things will improve.
Hope is all there is.
But, in the early stages of Ross's tenure I discovered that he was funneling money from CMI to C&C. (but I can't PROVE it)
At that time, I considered it a perk of his position and it didn't matter, as long as it didn't hurt CMI......but it does!

Since then, the little lies and inconsistancies have built up to the point where it obvious that something is wrong.
You said that it isn't much of a drop from .04,(the post-split price), to the sub-pennies where it is now.
Sorry buddy, the drop from .04 to .0005 is 8000%
That's eight-thousand-percent!
If you think this is normal, even in a down market, you're fooling yourself

It has become apparent to me that Ross is using CMI as a vehicle, a cash cow for C&C.
Comics and Comix is his privately held business and his first love.
It took him 12-years to build it up.
Do you really think he will sacrifice that for CMI?

When MANLEO went to visit the warehouse everyone acted like he discovered gold......why, a warhouse is a warehouse?
Because, for the last several months, Ross has been making an issue of it.
He's been taking attention away from the company and making the warehouse appear very important......a very smooth con.
When I read MANLEO's report, I asked questions in my mind;
What did he find out?
1....That it exists
2....It has a lot of stuff in it.
3....There are several people working there.
And, more questions;
1....Whose stuff is that and how would anyone know?
2....Who do those people work for and who's paying them?(not necessarily the same answer).
MANLEO didn't really find out anything that everyone didn't already believe anyhow, but I did find it odd that after saying that he would only be there every two or three weeks, MANLEO was able to walk in and there Ross was....What a conincidence!.

The "hounding" I've done about the 15c2-11 is finally starting to pay off,
Ross has agreed to send me a copy and make it available to anyone who asks for it, but he may have painted himself into a corner.
Lately, he's tried evey ploy he can think of to keep that from happening.
He's implied that it will take 90 days from the end of the quarter.........
That's flat out BS and a couple other posters have caught him on it.

I believe, in the next month or two, many things will become clear that, so far, people have only guessed at.
Now, some investors are getting concerned because thay can't even contact him via email.....
