From the recent 10q, is anyone concerned?...As shown in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has incurred net losses from operations resulting in an accumulated deficit of $92,654,511 as of November 30, 2021. The Company’s auditors stated in their opinion on the Company’s financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2021 that there was substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern, and that further losses were anticipated in the development of the Company’s business raising substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. I recently averaged down on my avg share price due to the recent slump and am still optimistic.

Profitable QTR is misleading.

CLSH only had a profitable QTR due to big payment on reconstituted note after long court battle.

From 10Q, 10/12/2021:

"On June 14, 2021, the parties to the IGH lawsuit entered into a confidential settlement agreement to resolve the action and a secured promissory note dated and executed by IGH in favor of the Company effective on June 11, 2021 (the “IGH Settlement Note”). Pursuant to the IGH Settlement Note, IGH shall pay the Company $3,000,000, $500,000 of which was paid on or before June 21, 2021. A second payment of $500,000 was paid on or before July 12, 2021. The remaining $2,000,000 and accrued interest shall be paid in 12 equal monthly installments beginning on August 12, 2021, pursuant to the terms of the promissory note. During the three months ended August 31, 2021, the Company received $1,174,082 under the IGH Settlement Note, which includes $1,166,667 in principal and $7,415 in accrued interest. As of August 31, 2021, the amount due under the IGH Settlement Note was $1,833,333. The Company records amounts paid under the IGH Settlement Note as gains when payments are received."


It is not profitable without the payment.

This company needs to grow to $3million in revenue a MONTH to become profitable.

New agreements and partnerships will take time to produce revenue of any significant amount. HOWEVER, the agreements are REAL and work in progress to start production.

I am still long and hold with over 500,000 shares.

I expect huge gains, but alas, in up to two years.

Don’t know. They just disappeared one day and haven’t been back since.

This stock doesn’t need pumpers. It has good news every month and executing their long term plans without much dilution.

Without access to banking, I expect some dilution but not at the pace other MSOs have like Medmen. They are also not trying to be the biggest, just the best. With several #1 and top selling brands earning rewards and mentions I’d say they’re doing a fine job.

At some point very soon, we should see multi-store expansion into neighboring cities and potentially neighboring states.

Schumer needs to pass his bill or step aside and let another bill go for vote. Legalization is definitely coming, but we need a bit more patience so the lawmakers can play their cat and mouse games.

In the meantime, I will continue loading up and averaging down.

Monthly revenue under $3 million is losing money.

CLSH costs are in the range of $36 Million a YEAR. To be profitable, CLSH has to average monthly revenue of $3 million. Just to break even until legislation changes the tax and banking laws.

Every time CLSH announces monthly revenue at or below $2million, it is telling investors, they will continue to have huge annual losses.

CLSH may be able to "show" profit due to influx of cash from lawsuit being settled. And, since it is revenue without expenses, the bottom line for two more qtrs will be much improved, but it is not sustainable. CLSH has bought 6 months to wait for US Congress to act.

There have been no permanent changes to the CLSH business plan or results. Recently announced new collaboration inside Nevada and outside, will take time to create sales and net revenue increases. Perhaps, the additional work and production will lead to $3million a month revenue being reached. However, it may be 12 to 24 months away.

Democrats have a bill, and now, republicans do too. Both sides want to end prohibition. With both sides wanting the same thing, it shouldn't be long to get something in the works.

No more cheap $clsh shares. Double digit gains on some of the more popular stocks - it won't be long before $clsh catches up.

Agreed! However, some of the newest partnerships won't start until next year. I'm expecting a big revenue jump in two quarters. Since they just posted a profitable quarter, the next 2-3 quarters will be very good.

I suspect they will pay down debt with any increase in profits. Next steps would be to outline a Nasdaq listing in preparation of US legalization. If the stock isn't trading near $3-4, unfortunately, they'll have to reverse-split to get the price well above $1 to avoid any risk of delisting.
