Isn't it about time to see some price movement in this one? Anyone?
No rabblerouser
This is a shell. It did a split when it was formed years ago.
Now they are negotiating for a merger. Meaning that an existing company will "merge" as a fast track to be a listed company in the USA markets. It is much cheaper and faster and the price would then go the the company worth so if a company worth 100 million (stock wise) were to merge then the stock price would in that example be $1.45.
Allan, SOEN: Bounce from here on support. Come on over to a Chinese company that knows to file and with bright future
what's next...hmmm reverse split?
They filed the 20-F annual report
so are now back in compliance as they work towards a reverse merger
Losses are less
Funny - it is a shell but the laws in the USA for companies to comply make it costly - they had told me that it may cost as much as $100k a year but they are willing to pay while they negotiate for a new merger partner.
They filed for an extension to file the 20-F and they stated,
"The Registrant expects to report a net loss of roughly $85,000 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005. This compares to a net loss of $651,220 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004."
So that is $566kk better the a year ago!!!!!!!!!

ILNP 40% so far
The 1:10 reverse split happens Monday so stock will be 10X higher price
Our buy recommend was $0.58 so am up 40% so far but today may have more buyers in front of split
When CPICF announces merger the price may be $0.50 - maybe much much higher
Negotiations still ongoing
It takes time in China as a private company going public is actually pretty new.
KLUCQ made 400% today
well today it was only up 50% but 400% since buy from stocktiger as they said buy at support at 7 cents and today 28...nice

OT: Gold stock, I bought some PCFG two days ago at .34 and it is now at .66, they are in the process of wrapping up the building of the new mine at Black Rock Canyon in Nevada and once production starts so does the money flow very soon. With the mine almost ready for production and the gold price bouncing off $600 there is interest developing in this one.
This is so different from CTGLF, they file reports, issue press releases, and even have enough volume to trade in.

Smart-tek Solutions Inc. Announces United States Expansion Plans of Its Bird Flu Containment and Monitoring System
Tuesday March 28, 9:55 am ET
CORTE MADERA, Calif., March 28, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Smart-tek Solutions Inc. (OTC BB:STTK.OB - News) today announced its expansion plans into the United States of its RTAC-PM system to help with the monitoring of its poultry to limit the risk of it being infected with H5N1 virus.
``The reception our system has received since we introduced it in China has been simply overwhelming,'' said Perry Law, President of Smart-tek Communications Inc. ``We have received numerous requests for additional information on our avian flu containment system from many different organizations and companies located around the world, including many from the United States. Even though the bird flu has yet to appear in the United States, the H5N1 virus is such a grave economic concern that proactive measures need to be implemented and we believe that our avian flu containment system would be a great tool in this process.
``Smart-tek's expansion strategy will be to evaluate potential candidates, enter into licensee agreements to promote our product to proper levels of local, state and federal governments,'' said Law. ``It is crucial that we find an organization that has the ability to promote our product to the right individuals in the right departments. Therefore, we will be conducting extensive research on all candidates to assure that we find the licensee that meet these exacting criteria.
``This strategy has been successful so far in China, and we believe that it can also be successful in the United States,'' said Law. ``This deadly disease is showing no bias toward any nation and it has the ability to bring disastrous consequences to the American Poultry Industry. The United States has the opportunity to be proactive and implement checks and balances before the bird flu spreads to its flocks and limit the potential damages and we believe that we can be a part of their solution.''
The RTAC-PM system was designed for the livestock industry and is targeted specifically for the poultry industry with user defined alerts that may assist governmental agencies to monitor poultry movement. The RTAC-PM system incorporates leading edge technology and is customized around customers' requirements with the flexibility to adapt to various types of OEM products.

alan,
apparantly the interest to buy or sell this CPICF stock has completely faded away again ; as far today zip volume ; but stays at 0,15.
In the family...in CTGLF there just passed one trade of 50000 shs : who will be right in a year's timeframe? smart buyer & stupid seller or not ?
I see that the same site also has CPICF
now they added CPICF as a special play
hope some news comes out this month - I think it
will..
http://stocktiger.com/
One of the possible merger targets
MCHEM PHARMA GROUP is a group of companies such as:
MCHEM Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.
Dafeng Pharmaceutical Chemical Co.,Ltd.
Shanghai Mchem New Drug Development Co., Ltd.
see their site:
http://www.mchem.com.cn/indexen.jsp
It is quite possible that one of these is the target for the reverse merger and hopefully we will know within 2 weeks.
We do not know or how they got the shares they sold to China M&A Management Holdings as they are not listed on the past 20-F as a shareholder.
China M&A Management Holdings bought 3,929,450 shares from Global China Enterprises Limited so seems likely to be working on the reverse merger.
What we know now is that if the merger is a go that it will be soon and that a Merger and Acquisition firm now holds about 5% of the stock at 15 cents and is looking to make far greater then that value for sure.
We know that some Chinese companies in the drug area are doing very well. SVA with similar number of shares to CPICF has only $6M in revs and stock price of $3.80 and AOB with same number of shares at a stock price of $4.75
CPICF is not yet known but as most of the shares are owned by insiders there are very few available to trade, once a merger does take place the price can jump to its value directly and overnight.
considering buying a bunch...
News on CPICF
this is good news but not the news that wil make it take off
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/060308/lnw008.html?.v=4
The merger news may be out within 2 weeks
as i mentioned in a former post
people are it seems guessing the the deal will go through - of course even if it does we do not know the amounts involved
want to explain what the freak is going on with cpcif???
I guess 2 to 3 weeks and then we will know
The reverse merger with the good sized pharmaceutical is in negotiations so we will not know for sure if it is a go or no go but I think we will know by the end of the month and we should see a press release before then or course.
MACD
No the China comment he made months ago was a joke or wishful thinking is all. It was a time when most of us were tired of them botching thing up.
He posts at marketwatch though almost no one ever looks at those boards
What's the story with Chinawatcher. Is he really over in China or what. Alan, do you know?
villebout
It is a spec play and now that it is up 300% it is not as good as it has been for months but they spend about $100,000 a year to keep it in good standing with the SEC and they would not do that if they were not serious about tying to find the right deal.
They have about the same number of shares as AOB so a good number - not too many or too few.
I started buying near 10 cents but the first merger did not work out so the stock pulled back for a better buy IMO.
I am not selling as I bought for a merger play and not for a run to 15 cents. There are few shares available as most are held by Dr. Fan and Dichain Holdings.
You saw today only about $20k being spend and the stock is already big 8 ask 10. IF a deal happened the some serious money come in......
so you honestly think this thing could give some good returns...? now that i have some extra funds that i wanted to put into ctglf (too late i think for now), i'm looking for something new... it's too late for cnes now... so looking at all possibilites...
villebout - no trouble
this is a shell so all set for a reverse merger with a pharmacy of similar
CTDC was at $1 and did a merger with a tiny almost no sales food additive company and the stock went to $12 and they have losses of $1.2 million.
CPICF has no losses so a much better buy - Ha!
so this is a speculative play on the idea that they will do a deal at some point. There are about 45 million shares and Dr. Fan has most and he is willing to give up some in a deal so price could be anything.
It is the easiest way for a private company to go public and on the US markets.
No news and last filings already from august last year.
Strange stuff. bid 0.06 and ask 0.08
I must admit I do not know the stock.
good luck, alan, with your big position you acquired then in half a year.
What happened on sep 12, when the stock traded in 3 days more than 2 million shs and plunged from 0.08 to 0.025 ?
what are the fundamentals of this stock? i mean i thought it was in big trouble...
NO Aqua not normal
this stock usually trades 0 to a couple of thousand shares a day and I have been almost the only buyer for many months.. so it is fun to see it pop
alan,
intraday 0,03 to 0,08
that ain't normal !
and such a big spread between bid and ask , is that often for this quotation ?
Here is the weekly chart
15 cents looks like first resistance

Super volume today and up 128% so far
hey macd with margin once you sell youre able to use the proceeds right away to trade with. I have 1 cash account and 1 margin for daytrading and cash account for long positions
Hello - mostly CTGLF- folks. My first post here on this board.
Maybe you'll find it worthwhile to check out the other US-China related stock I mentioned a few days ago on the other board.
I truly believe we arrived today at the point where CTGLF was a few months ago when CTGLF finally got out of the 0.7 zone and believe this one also is a possible multiplier...

alan, would it be possible to give your TA-review on this one on the CMDA board? thanks in advance.
disclaimer : everyone has to make its own homework...do not buy or sell a stock just because someone mentione it on any board
MACD .
I have always had margin so do not know what is is without but I thought the settled funds issue was one of being a day traders or not. I think the only requirement for that was a minimum $25k in account.
Regardless, you cannot use margin for OTC stocks and of course not pink sheet stocks now would you want to. Some brokers also limit it to stocks over a set amount like $5 and there are some stocks with very high beta that are non marginable and each broker has a list.
Margin doubles your buying power for stocks held overnight and up to 4X for day trades.
It should be used when you have higher risk reward situations.
A recent example is GOOG that had been on fire and then fell and broke its trend line the the 50-day EMA http://tinyurl.com/8xdw6
It then went to the 200-day EMA and second trend line so a very low risk buy as it has much support and if it failed you would get out with small loss.
The target when stocks break a trend line and then reverse back up is the trend line from below and in this case happens also to be the 50-day EMA again so the full move would be $58 or 17% but using margin the gains would be 34%.
Margin is great but you have to use it only in low risk situations.
I use it for day trades almost every day so for break out plays I can use up to 4 times my actual available balance. I use it on high volume breaks outs that have a better chance to succeed. Yesterday were breaks like VION http://tinyurl.com/n9ce6
MLNM http://tinyurl.com/rn8rb
RMTI http://tinyurl.com/oytvb
I got the volume and price alert on RSHN Friday at .0006. I was at work and first saw it when the ask was at .0007. Unfortunately I had just put my last cash into another stock and couldn't buy. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I would have sold it today although it has po to go higher. Oh well.
Considering a margin account. Is it worth it Alan, JT, Ville? I really do hate having to wait for trades to clear before selling.
GOOOOO CTGLF!!!!!
agree... got some e-mails about the stock and some alerts about it this morning...
XSNX eom.
