He didnt answer any of the questions I submitted and I turned them in shortly after the announcement of the last Twitter Space. It is what it is. I think doing a r/s with the price as low as it is would be blunder if it can't hold any ground long enough to stay above a penny and qualify for an application to QB. It's a long wait because the price has to hold a penny when QB is ready to approve the application as well. They also need to have that audit completed or it's a no go. Lot's of hills for Paul to climb it would seem.

Paul are going to make R/S if not how can you deal with share structure and uplist on higher exchange?
I hope Paul answer the whole question and he is not suppose to say he will uplist on higher tier and again stay silent on share structure.

This furthers my strong opinion that you NEVER hold an OTC stock long. All have at least 1 or 2 runs then almost all wither down to nothing.

This is absolutely insane. This is the same price of the stock 6 years ago when it was first born and not even functional. Now the company has $50-60 M in lifetime sales, how can this have no value??

Bnow just announced a Ceo change it popped then dumped to big lows. Another stock I was in announced a new ceo. It popped and 2 months later bankruptcy. That one cost me huge losses.

not filing--inexcusable. no communication of any kind with investors--inexcusable.
my guess: he took the job, got inside, discovered that it was impossibly screwed
up, and has been looking for a way to exit either with dough or at least without

nevertheless, the lack of communication, that's skanky. not criminal, not actionable in pinkie land, but morally low class.

Kicking myself in the ass. I never hold OTC stocks long, always get burnt. Even though I made money two years ago, I bought back in.

Fundamentally it seemed like the right thing to do, should have stuck with my original tactics.

Damn, the chart is disgusting to look at. Looks like if it breaks .002 we need to hold .0017. If that fails, this will be a typical trip zero stock once again.

Fundamentals mean nothing anymore. This is just a flippers paradise. Anyone looking at the chart sees that.

Totally agree with you, excellent points made. I’m not bailing either, matter of fact I’m trying to pick up more .0022’s - but this is a game Mm’s play when company is quiet for way too long.

Paul hasn't shown any signs of being a crook but he does have some similarities playing out that many on various boards had flamed Marcel for.

- The late filings of disclosures leading to Pink Limited status (amateur hour at best)
- The long dragged out US audit for 2021....we were told it would not be the same long delay this time around but here we are.
- Lack of transparency

It seems like an update on the Mellow closing is long overdue. That includes why restricted shares were added for dilution. Terms of the deal would also be nice to know. And what about this botched name change? Should they have coordinated that with a true official name change and ticker change? If it wasn't confusing before, it's even more so now.

Anyone else notice the Mellow online store has been closed off? Not sure how long or when it will be back up but isn't that the bread and butter of the Mellow business in terms of marketing/selling/distributing other companies products into the UK and now Europe? How does that impact revenue, current clients under contract?

Don't get me wrong, I had and still have high hopes for a turnaround but the petty mistakes and the way they are going about things does not scream out that your money is safe if invested here. Paul seems like a good dude with an awesome background but he has to do better or investors are not going to see any value translated into the share price. If he wants to get off pinks and play with the big boys then he is going to have to do things and run things like the big boys.

Here's to hoping Q3 still manages to come out better than Q2. I may be disheartened by how things have been going here but I am not bailing out of my investment just yet.

I have over 50k investment here in CBDD land but Only because of what I made off this 2 yrs ago.

If I was new here, maybe 10-15k but I like this company.

Hope no RS that would be a killer.

Takes to long to recover on the big boring boards and I’m investing more for only a few hundred dollar swings. While the OTC can move a fraction and I’m counting 1k moves. That can be up or down, you have to have patience.

We don’t have crooks running the company, which I wasn’t sure about with Marcel. Paul brings legitimacy and experience.

Time will tell if CBDD is going to bust out after the ticker change and the Mellow deal is complete. Our time is coming!

As much as I did have faith in CBDD i couldn't see putting in more than a few thousand.

Just can’t help thinking, I watch the market and how portfolios are getting hammered, and I realize the risks with OTC stocks and to me it appears you can lose a lot in either case , but the difference is recovery is very slow in the general boring market and investing say 50 grand in a company like CBDD which can make it to 20 cents at any given time, can drastically change lives. Still hoping!

Some big blocks got dumped at open but that probably triggered some stop losses since the order blocks were all over the place. In all, 15M+ shares dumped in the first minute of trading today. Not looking good here but at least the price is back where it was yesterday afternoon.

Saw a few big sells last couple of weeks. It’s an uneasy feeling. Either that or someone with a lot of shares are selling chunks here and there. They’re either making a big mistake or just finally gave up on the waiting. Oh well
