BURRARD TECHNOLOGIES INC - Consolidation of Technocall Contracts
New York, New York, Dec 19, 2001 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Burrard Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") announces that as a result of its acquisition of Technocall S.A. the Company will consolidate and absorb the various contracts signed as of November 30, 2001 by Technocall S.A., confirmed for an amount of 62 million dollars for the next three years.

The Company will commercialize its products under the trade name of "Blue Industries," http://www.blue-industries.com, specializing in technologies for water treatments, the Company had developed a range of products used for clarification of waters infected by industrial pollution, and of raw waters, as well as a range of machines using the CARTIS potabilisation process. All these treatments are managed and maintained through the electronic intelligence system developed by the Company.

Research and Development units for the Company are based in France in Pringy close to Geneva.

The Company is now able to market water treatment concepts able to recycle as much as five hundred thousand cubic meters of polluted water per day, and can therefore be a global leader in emerging markets estimated at billions of dollars in the next few years.

Burrard Technologies, Inc. Announces Completion of Acquisition of Technocall SA
GENEVA, Switzerland, Dec 18, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Burrard Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: BTGS chart, msgs) (the "Company") announces that it has completed the acquisition of Technocall SA in consideration for the issue of a total of 7,600,000 shares of its common stock to the former shareholders of Technocall.

A total of 7,125,000 shares of the Company's common stock were surrendered for cancellation concurrent with closing. The board of directors of the Company has been changed as a result of this change of control. The new directors of the Company are Fernand Leloroux and Cyril Heitzler. Leloroux will assume the office of president and Heitzler will assume the office of secretary.
