BYCI is trading at .43 and it's just the start of things to come; here's some very interesting DD:

As I understand it, there are about 100 Million outstanding, most all excepting the Float is RESTRICTED, and was issued for the
purpose of ACQUISITIONS primarily, since they want to acquire SEVERAL Cruise Ships this year, primarily with stock.
And that's the reason that they want the share price much higher than it is. This information was gotten from someone who is
close to the company and talking to the management. I can provide no other DD than this and although I understand that it
can not be verified by one's own DD, I DO stand by my sources as being correct.
