they know exactly what they are doing... making sure we get the shaft.
I think it is pretty cool that a pinky scammer CEO can create a "Caveat Emptor" status to enrich him/herself. Simple.... don't file anything, the stock goes CE, Brokers put it on liquidate trades only, the price drops to nothing, CEO's issue themselves shares at those false prices and then go "current" and the CEO puts another several million dollars of investor's money in their pockets.
All to protect those investors of course.
The SEC in it's "wisdom" has yet again created what it says it is eliminating. Are there any live brain cells left at all in these "regulatory" agencies?
searching also
I'm glad I found this group. I have to tell you guys that when I was down and out I made a nice come back trading my favorite CE stock. They may be risky but they can help the little guy make a buck too.
Please you guys tell me where I can trade CE stocks....
My accounts don't allow them anymore and I don't know where to turn next.
Please post. We really need each other to play this game. We need to know the best platforms to play this game on.
Look I have played a CE stock on and off some for over 10-15 years and they have been good to me.
If I find a good platform, I will post. I NEED YOU to POST too!
Anyone Tracking CE Tickers??
Has anyone spotted CE tickers that are actually upticking??
I ran across this one that has been rising & has had trade flow through ($10k today)
Most of the other CEs I watch have been relegated to .0001 with pure sells having just decimated their prices.

who knows... clearly the claim of protecting us is bogus... same as the claim it costs them too much money... probably just part of the whole destroy the otc game plan.
now we need to find where we can buy
I wonder what they are threatening to do to brokers who let us buy CE stocks?
I will update it.
Schwab isn't allowing CE buys, only sells or so they are telling me. Wilson davis no. Scottsdale/Alpine no.
Ameritrade didnt rob me I am sorry to slander them like that.I need to verify if buying CE stocks is still allowed with them.
Sorry I was gone everyone for a few months and Ameritrade robbed me I feel so cheated by them.
If any of you think I need to update something let me know.
a much needed board, what is needed even more is a response from someone with a Broker that allows CE trades yet, now I see L2 has a bid on many of them, how/who someone speak up please
Very few of these CE Stocks show signs of accumulation.
When you look at the risk reward, it's hard to say no. 10M shares at $0.0001 is only $1,0000. ONCX has a Market Cap of about $206K. Owning a bunch of these isn't too much money and only one of them has to pop up.
They're trying to get the little guy to sell all the CE stocks. I'm in and I'm holding years if I have to. I'll never sell! I bought them knowing the risk was 100%.
All it takes is someone to win on one of these and they will always buy them. "Gotta stop that"
This is a definitely bad thing these new changes. This is done to force a small investor to buy "pink current" companies. The problem is their CEOs usually earn living by diluting their stock so you lose as an investor. Additionally OTC Markets outstanding shares figures are rarely up to date and there is no record how quickly it is changed. When they cannot dilute anymore the stock the stock will go dark and you lose even more... At least these dark companies have their shares number constant. I do not see a reason why Caveat Emptor must be applied for 10 or more years. Sometimes such entities are being bought and they have a completely fresh start. These "Accredited investors" will get these dark stocks extremely cheap, someone will bring them to life and small investors will pay for that. This is mafia.
On Page 77 it states
"Thus, the Commission preliminarily believes that any such exemptive relief should be narrowly
tailored to limit access to sophisticated investors, such as qualified institutional buyers, as
defined in Securities Act Rule 144A(a)(1); accredited investors, as defined in Securities Act Rule
501(a); investment companies registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940;
Some people who trade CE stocks qualify to be Accredited Investors. Those who qualify should be given the opportunity to trade these high risk high reward trading vehicles.
Trade Station is not supporting CE Stocks either.
If anyone knows where to buy CE stocks please pass it on. FYI as of 05/25/21 TDA and Schwab no longer support the BUYING of CE stocks.
Some of us have been trading CE Stocks for years and are successful. I watch volume and you'd be surprised how often "someone" buys before news. I know that is strictly prohibidid by the SEC but people do it because I've bought CE stocks that show accumulation and have been right quite a bit.
Come to think about it you can't buy them after today right?
But you can't buy them after September right?
Will CE be worthless after September? How can they be bought or sold after September

Get a Schwab account they are great for Caveat Emptor OTC stocks
Good info, thank you...
I have good news I was able to buy a Caveat Emptor OTC stock on Schwab.
I can tell by the open orders which they allow and which they do not.Stocks they do not allow will self cancel in like 1 min from when you place the order.
Only one stock failed out of the 7 I tried so that is a great sign.
I can believe you that you dont care what anyone else thinks or does.
I fully disagree with you about "Following others is a losing game" since many people have a formula to success that can be copied in many contexts in life.
Following the wrong people is a losing game though and granted the majority in the stock market that is what they do.
I found my formula on my own.I did not copy anyone but it would obviously work for other people.
As confident as you sound about profits I feel the same way esp when it comes to OTC.
Enjoy your weekend too.
About profits and only profits, idc what anyone else thinks or does... Following others is a losing game, what works for me most likely will not work for others and vise versa... enjoy weekend
Why is posting sells considered rude to you?
If I dont post them some will assume I am trying to hide a loss.I show because I want to show I am transparent.
I do not plan on taking losses either but I still take them. All the stocks I pick are more risky in general but the return is way higher.
I assume you make a ton of money talking like that. You dont need to show me or prove it.I am just interested to learn more.
Even to see all the stocks you post on I do not know more of what it is you look for other than what you have told me.
It is great you have a formula too.
“You should pitch some stocks on your my stocks page.”
Market knows everything, get in before the herd... if need pitch get out or don’t buy
“If you put what price you pay for them and leave a public post of what you sold at I can learn a new formula from you maybe. “
I post buys with price at times, posting sells is considered rude in my book...
“If you do not want to do that than I could ask you do you have average amount of profit you need to make per trade vs loss?”
I don’t plan on taking a loss, yes there’s risk and trade accordingly. Before I buy already know potential profit and exit if goes south. Rarely take a loss...
“What I mean is like I would have to make at least 200% to consider selling on average.”
Know what you’re buying and always take profits and be diversified...
Wow well that is great.
You should pitch some stocks on your my stocks page.

Yes, fees are nothing in comparison to the profits... enjoy the weekend
Etrade would love those fees.
Well cool I hope it has been working out for you.

Mostly Custodian tickers, must have a low MC. If I buy a story ticker wait on the retrace to take a position but the MC needs to be low.... Yes, must wait but waiting is how the money is made... Leave a few free shares to ride incase takeoffs to the moon... I'm constantly re-balancing and adding every day... eTrade must luv me... lol
How do you trade OTC?
I have formulas for buying stocks.
For non OTC stocks it requires a bullish market though which sucks but I only long stocks.I really only buy stocks around $1 or less due to the formula.
I make 200% minimum when I am right.
As for OTC I target pump and dumps on purpose.I tell myself all OTC is a pump and dump even though I know that is a lie but it protects me having that mindset.
The biggest downside of OTC stocks other than losing 100% of what I put in is the waiting time.I have waited 7 years or more on a correct trade.
You make 500% return or more you cant really complain I guess.HAHA
How do you trade OTC?
Excellent... hardest part trading is finding your niche... hope you make serious bank...
I was able to buy my first Caveat Emptor OTC stocks today.
MGLG @ 0.0002
I used Ameritrade.I also went on ETRADE just now and tried to buy it but they "surprise" do not allow Caveat Emptor OTC stocks.
I make money off OTC pump and dumps I hope they never leave.

I think you're correct, about money... but if it's about cleaning up the OTC to bring in more volume I'll get over the CE censorship... I want something in return for the lost of freedom such as more traders more volume...
What is your theory on why some brokers wont do Caveat Emptor OTC stocks?
Sink or Swim that is funny.Since I do not daytrade the platform does not mean as much to me.I hope you find one you like.
Brokers buy each other all the time.I remember Scottrade and TD Waterhouse.I remember I had a Zecco account years ago. They were bought buy Trade King who was bought buy Ally.
What is your theory on why some brokers wont do Caveat Emptor OTC stocks?
Since eTrade merged with JP they changed... I have an old Scottrade account that's now TD but I don't care for the SinkorSwim platform but I'm thinking moving over to Schwab when they merge with TD, at least trade otc free as paid over 6k in commissions last year... Another option thinking about is Trade Ideas.... just want a decent platform like eTrade Pro and an OTC friendly broker... is it asking too much?
I am a swing trader so Etrade was fine for me until they stopped Caveat Emptor OTC stocks.
I am a swing trader so Etrade was fine for me until they stopped Caveat Emptor OTC stocks.
I still use them but not for OTC obviously.
Daytrading scares me.HAHA If a stock I enter hits my exit for max profit that day that is rare.
Well I hope Schwab works for our OTC needs.
I've been trading etrade OTC for many many years, I have no issues with them other recently they removed the scanner and no longer trade CE... 4.95 a trade use to be cheap but the Pro Platform is nice... I need a day trader platform, $5 commissions really not an issue.
Get out of ETRADE for OTC.
I am still waiting for my money to be cleared but I will update do not worry.
I got a good feeling at least one of these 2 will work.
Get out of ETRADE for OTC.
eTrade starting piss me off... looking forward to your reviews... Thank you
