Mikael Lundgren is our Chief Operating Officer.


Besides serving as Broadside’s COO, Mikael is also on the advisory board of Royal Deals LLC in Abu
Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Before joining Broadside, Mikael was Head of Legal Affairs for the PNYG Group with headquarters in
Switzerland and Singapore and offices in Monaco, Spain and the United Arab Emirates.

At PNYG and its related companies, he acted on a global basis on a wide variety of complex transactions,
across a number different industries, particularly in the fields of fashion and luxury real estate,
sometimes combining the two. The Group had its focus on fashion retail and branded real estate, with
both sport athletes and fashion designers. Clients and partners included high net worth individuals,
governments and multinational companies.

Before joining PNYG, he co-founded AristoGaming Ltd, where he held the position as Chairman and CEO.
AristoGaming specialized in high quality gaming systems and had branch offices in the UK, Spain and

Mikael holds a Masters Degree in Law from Lund University in Sweden, where he specialized in Law and
Economics. After graduating from law school, he worked as a judge’s assistant at the Court of Gothenburg
in Sweden



Christopher Petzel is our President and Chief Executive Officer


Prior to Broadside Enterprises, Inc., Christopher was the CEO of Fierce Entertainment, LLC, a production and distribution company, where he produced, executive produced or associate produced a number of theatrical features including Seeking Justice (Nicolas Cage), War (Jet Li and Jason Statham), Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) and Good Old Fashioned Orgy (Jason Sudeikis) as well as television movies.

He has extensive experience in the distribution of entertainment assets having advised such leading international film and television distributors such as ZDF Enterprises (Germany), DeAPlaneta (Spain), Filmauro (Italy), Scanbox (Scandinavia) and many others on script evaluation and rights acquisitions. Christopher also has broad corporate finance experience and has served as an expert witness in matters pertaining to media financing and the international accounting and taxation of entertainment assets.

Prior to starting Fierce Entertainment, LLC in 2001, Christopher worked for investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin in Los Angeles in their entertainment group where his clients included DreamWorks, Pacific Data Images (now DreamWorks Animation), Centropolis EffectsGRB EntertainmentSundance ProductionsConstantin Film AGVCL Film + Medien AGCastle Music and Bob Cooper’s Landscape Entertainment. In 1999, he was one of the principal members of the team representing The Walt Disney Company in valuation matters pertaining to a much publicized arbitration with Jeffrey Katzenberg.

Before moving to Los Angeles, Christopher worked for the media finance department of Berliner Bank AG (London Branch), where he was responsible for the marketing, analysis and structuring of project loans and secured corporate debt for the film, television and video game industries. Christopher began his career at Goldcrest Films International, where he served as a sales executive and executive assistant to the CEO. After Goldcrest, he spent a year as an independent producer and film finance consultant for an attorney specializing in independent film.

Christopher has lectured extensively on film production and financing at several institutions, including the American Film InstituteUniversity of Southern California, and the University of Berlin. He studied business administration at the Universities of Barcelona (Spain) and Fribourg (Switzerland), where he graduated summa cum laude, ranking first in a class of over 400. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
