The company will also move to redevelop the property as an industrial park with rail access, for small to mid-sized company's.

3. acquire an additional 134.5 acre tract of land in Lewis County, West Virginia that adjoins its previously announced acquisition of 125 acres at the same location--This additional acquisition will bring the company's holdings to a total of 259.5 acres of land in the area, including natural gas rights (of which wells are currently operating) along with vast timber/logging rights, the company as always will take advantage of favorable financing terms that were offered and with more than one profit center. The new properties are located in the same area as the previously announced acquisition about ten miles from interstate 79 and are right off US 119/33 and have easy access to all major highways.
Mr. Marek also stated "It is the intent of the company to acquire land with additional resources (assets that could be sold) that will enable the company to pay for the land free and clear and then the company will develop said property with huge profit margins, to this point I believe we are on the right track.
4. expert geologist to evaluate the company's natural gas holdings on its properties--The company believes that the natural gas holdings on its properties are significant and needs an expert opinion and evaluation to verify its belief, if the expert geologist agrees the company may explore a possible spin off of its natural gas holdings or an out right sale. The company has also directed the geologist to determine if any other minerals of value are present on said properties as the company retains all rights per its acquisition terms.
5. taking bids to sell the logging rights to its 259.5 acres of recently acquired tract of land in Lewis County, West Virginia--This action is being taken by the company to fast track the clearing of the land in preparation for development, along with generating additional revenues to help off set the cost of the land. The property is ten miles from interstate 79, right off US 119/33 and has easy access to all major highways.
Beacon is intent on clearing its two properties (Westmoreland Glass Factory & The West Virginia Acreage) as quick as possible so that development can start as soon as the architects complete their plans and all zoning approvals and permits can be obtained.
"We believe that it is in the best interest of the company to utilize its strategy of selling off via bid these rights (Salvageable Materials and Timber Rights) as it will result in a nice windfall of cash to the company and will eliminate the cost of us having to deal with it," said Adam Marek, President.
