Yes, agree, waiting for his update on the trip, hopefully he put together some plans or even deals for the lithium mining.
They are a favorable trading partner for the USA which will help access to alot of resources to mine this as well as other metals.

I bot earlier because I thought he would have had announcement by now. I obviously played that wrong as it looks like some bills were paid/shares sold. It looks like that is finished as volume has been weak.

At this time he might as well wait until new year to make announcement.
He is suppose to go back in January so hopefully we hear before that.
Buy more to average down, I think is may be another base.

Per a mining/financial podcast interview on Baru he was going there in Nov and returning sometime in Dec.
My opinion is while he is over there he would do something on brne. If he does something I would hope he would keep the shareholders up to date of any progress. I am hoping for some news before the holidays?
Also in the interview he said he would be going back in January for an extended period, 4-6 months possible.
If that happens then my guess is there is something happening and he could share news.

If no news by end of Jan then I would have to walk from this one. It seems like many things have been put in place and becoming pink current, there should be potential on this sub penny stock. It would be a problem if we are not keep informed.

One positive is thru 10/29/2021 per the Q3 report there was No Dilution in shares.
Hopefully any selling now is past holders getting impatient.
Or maybe he is starting dilution to pay some bills which means he is working on a lithium project as his Profile states.

I agree with that assessment smitty. Did not mean that you predicted when they will release... just making clear that they are not part of the market cap until such time as they are issued. Ideally I would like to see the shares used intelligently in exchange for assets and production deals that bring accretive value into the company. Gltu

Hi wingT, I dont believe I predicted when they will release the settlement shares, only that they will at some time, my belief is they will do it when its in the best interests of the company and those debt holders.
Agree if they just dumped them, especially now, the price would tank and they would be sitting on those shares a long time to make back money. That strategy would make No Sense.

The opinion I laid out was for them so build this up a little before diluting the stock/outstanding shares.

In interview for Baru Gold Terry said he is going to Indonesia for a month, back in Dec. My hope is that he can put some plans in place for a lithium play. he has the contacts and some history with mining in Indonesia. That is why I believe he set this up in the beginning as stated to OTC Markets, as a lithium play.

He also said he is going back in January for a couple of months.
I bot in with the expectation there will be news in Dec. and then later in 1Q when he has a chance to work the plan.
Lithium news will move this stock.

SmittyInvestor... no random OTC trader without inside info can possibly know exactly how or when the O/S may increase. Until company filings and/or news is released with these details. Market cap is calculated based on O/S. But the receiver can't just dump billions of shares out of the blue. For two reasons. 1) affiliates cant dump restricted shares willy nilly because of Rule 144. And 2) If they did then the stock would be at no bid before they could sell even just 1B shares with no news. I am holding this one because it is a lithium play with a tiny O/S. The rest is up to the company how they proceed. All jmho.

Filbert has posted here in the past. He has mentioned the conversions. It will happen. Then a RS is highly likely IMO. 10 billion shares is a lot of OS shares....will dilute any value in whatever company they setup IMO. If there is a new company they will not want 10 bil outstanding...will likely need shares to raise funds. The filings say the debt will be converted to unregistered/freely tradable shares...NOT restricted. So I don't know how you can expect them to just hold 10 billion shares that will be converted at the price of .0009. The filings say there were 13 claims totaling debt over 9 million dollars. Doesn't say who those 13 entities were. I don't think Filbert is one of them....he was appointed as the receiver in 2016. would be a conflict of interest if he was a debt holder IMO. He was the reason I accumulated lots of trips knowing his involvement with other successful companies. He will likely bring in a good company...but he has to deal with the debt conversions first. Read his posts.

NOTE 2 – LEGAL PRCEEDINGS
On October 29, 2015, a default judgement was executed against the Company by two claimants for $1,482,276 for unpaid notes payable
and attorney fees by the Superior Court of Washington for King County, Case No. 15-2-20783-1-SEA. On February 24, 2016, this court
appointed Terrance Filbert as Receiver. After two years of unsuccessfully attempting to resume the Company’s business operations in
order to satisfy the judgment in this case, the Receiver proposed to convert the Company’s debt into equity to (a) satisfy the judgement,
and (b) reorganize the Company to allow continued business operations for the benefit of the debt holders and shareholders.
On December 5, 2018, the Nevada District Court in Case No. A-15-728991-C (the “Order)., approved the Receiver’s plan to “convert
valid claims and debt owed by Borneo into shares at a conversion ratio to be determined by the Receiver following submission of claims”
The Order provided all claimants and creditors 45 days until January 25, 2019 to submit proof of claim to the Receiver. On January 25,
2019, the Receiver had received 13 claims. Following review and investigation of the claims, the Receiver determined the validity of
claims amounting to $9,157,715, including principal and interest. The accounts payable, notes payable and accrued interest for
$9,157,715 were reclassified to settlement liability during February 2019 in the accompanying consolidated balance sheet.
On February 25, 2019, the conversion price for the claims was set at the market price of $0.0009 per share. This amounted to
10,175,239,689 shares needed to satisfy the Claims. The Company’s authorized share are 400,000,000 with 319,336,594 issued and
outstanding. The Receiver’s plan is to amend the Articles of Incorporation to authorize additional shares. The Receiver intends to
issue the shares based on Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933 to issue the shares exempt from registration and may be freely
traded in the Market. On June 14, 2021, the Company amended the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares to
14,400,000,000 shares of common stock. As of September 30, 2021, the Company has not issued any shares under the court Order.

Mr. Filbert, the Receiver, is now an officer and director of the Company with the authority to satisfy the judgement in the case and
reorganize the distressed and insolvent Company to provide value to the existing shareholders and claimants so the Company may
continue without judicial oversight.

Great weekend to you, Not sure how there would be situation where not all shares are activated?

on pg 2-3 of annual report the judgement was for 10,175,239,689 to the debt holders. AS was increased on June 14 to 14,400,000,000 to accommodate these shares. Terry is the receiver and the one who is executing all of this so he can determine when this happens. My assumption is he is one of the debt holders, but trying to confirm this. When they release/activate the shares then there should be a formal announcement and then a statement of ownership to say who owns these 10bil shares. That will be telling as I assume they will mostly be people familiar with mining, thus they will know the plan Terry has which will be to INCREASE the value of the company. Knowing that there should NOT be any big dump of shares to bring down the price.

The judgement has been around a while and the company could have just died, but it didnt because there are interested parties who want more out of this. Terry is their ticket to make the mining company work. I believe Terry has the contacts in Indonesia to create a mining company. The question may be when will the debt holders want to cash out. They have waited a long time so my bet is they will wait another year or two until this company has a good foundation and is actually doing mining.

Again in reading this there will be 10,175,239,689 (debt conversion) + 319,336,594 (current shares) = 10,494,576,283 shares outstanding after they are activated by Terry.

Please let me know if I am reading this wrong or mis-interpreting the info in the annual report.

Other positives are there are a low number of shareholders so most of the existing 319,336,594 shares are probably held by people interested in seeing this grow or have long term interest. (assuming not too many traders are going to be in this now)

any selling now is probably some people that need a few dollars and people who are doing work on this like lawyers, accountants, clerical staff, etc. to set this company up to move forward.
My conclusion is there is a very low float trading and that should remain so expect a good swing up if there is news.

Knowing this all I am a buyer now

But there are scenarios where not all the shares are issued.

So, assume a market cap of $100 million, but 1.3 billion shares are
issued, then the market price should be 0.077 cents.

Annual report info

Please provide any confirmation on this or info that would contradict this. I want to be correct on what I am saying.

I believe the outstanding shares at some time will go to over 10billion so I am adding those into the current outstanding shares to come up with my total market cap.
Again welcome any info, hoping I am wrong however I see this judgement as something that is coming.

As mentioned in some other posts I still see upside at this stock price if Terry can execute a deal to start lithium mining in Indonesia.

Talks about another lithium miner who is just getting started, great valuation and they havent mined yet, meaning the valuations are high for companies playing in this space. Money is going into this metal and all miners are being financed.

Actually mining stocks have been & will do well with commodity prices going up. They love inflation which democrats love creating.

brne is realistically sitting at $42mil market cap as a current pink with no news. When they come out with some news on their mining plan (my guess is late Nov or early Dec) this stock should move to $100mil cap. So opinion is this will hit .01 by end of year. For me, a double in 2-3 months is a good trade.

From there I can re-evaluate the news.
