Hi wingT, I dont believe I predicted when they will release the settlement shares, only that they will at some time, my belief is they will do it when its in the best interests of the company and those debt holders.
Agree if they just dumped them, especially now, the price would tank and they would be sitting on those shares a long time to make back money. That strategy would make No Sense.

The opinion I laid out was for them so build this up a little before diluting the stock/outstanding shares.

In interview for Baru Gold Terry said he is going to Indonesia for a month, back in Dec. My hope is that he can put some plans in place for a lithium play. he has the contacts and some history with mining in Indonesia. That is why I believe he set this up in the beginning as stated to OTC Markets, as a lithium play.

He also said he is going back in January for a couple of months.
I bot in with the expectation there will be news in Dec. and then later in 1Q when he has a chance to work the plan.
Lithium news will move this stock.
