Ouch! That would certainly be dilution. The oil market has been horrible for over 2 years now. I'm just looking to position myself with something that can weather this mess until oil prices hit the 60's again. I still need to look at the reports for this one, but BK makes this one more of a curiosity.

Insider trading is not a sign of dilution. It's a sign of lack of capital. Either way, it's not a healthy sign. But, IF the CEO is using the procedes from the sale of personally held shares to boost the company's bottom line it would at least show commitment to continuing operations without crushing investors. I don't know how futile that necessarily is for this company, though. This is the first time I've looked at this symbol.
