Legend Credit Inc. provided an update regarding its corporate developments. The company has completed construction of the Bomani Corp. website and expects to launch it immediately upon the conclusion of the name change in the State of Delaware. The company continues to negotiate a final contract with an established promoter of mixed martial arts events on its previously announced letter of intent. Management believes that the agreement is on schedule as both companies remain committed to reaching a definitive agreement. Legend has also entered into negotiations to acquire certain rights from a Midwestern based promotional company of amateur mixed martial arts events. To assist with the development of these assets that the company anticipates acquiring, Legend is in talks with an established television production company with network level experience in reality television. Management believes that the company will continue to review opportunities in combat sports in the coming months.
