The golden cross does look inevitable here for $BLDW. Looking at the chart, BLDW seems to be making a very attractive chart if you ask me. Bollies following and still pinched more than usual. With such a small float (10mil), consolidation usually doesn't take as long imo, as shown on the chart. Let's not forget why BLDW has such a small float: NO DEBT = no need to dilute.
What's that? You ask why there is no debt? It is because BLDW has products with business rolling in from both wind turbines and LED lighting. Becoming a one stop shop for all renewable energy products, I would not be surprised if another product comes into play soon.

Technologies Increases Financial Guidance for Fiscal 2012; Foreshadows Highest Quarter in Company History

NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK) today provided preliminary revenue and earnings per share results for the fiscal year and fourth quarter ended June 30, 2012. Preliminary revenue results indicate the company's strongest year ever, with consecutive sequential quarterly growth throughout – a company first – and the highest quarterly revenue in the company's history.
Based on preliminary estimates, NetSol anticipates total revenue for the fiscal year will be in the range of $37 million to $38 million, indicating fiscal fourth quarter revenue of approximately $11.6 to $12.6 million, versus prior guidance of $8.6 million to $10.1 million.
Previously, NetSol said that it expected total revenue for the fiscal year of approximately $34 million to $35.5 million, or revenue growth of 30% to 40% for the second half of the fiscal year compared with the first half of the year. Instead, the company now anticipates growth of 50% to 56% for the second half over the first half of the year. The company attributed the robust growth to having signed a number of new contracts in the fiscal fourth quarter and continued robust demand for its core NFS Suite offering.
Given the current revenue estimates, NetSol now expects to report earnings per diluted share for the fiscal year in the range of $0.03 to $0.04, translating to earnings per diluted share in the fiscal fourth quarter of approximately $0.02 to $0.03. Previously the company said it expected achieving profitability for the full fiscal year.

Developed by John Bollinger, Bollinger bands consist of 3 lines; a 20 period simple moving average, a line placed two standard deviations above the 20 period simple moving average and a line placed two standard deviations below the 20 period simple moving average.
Signals
Price is considered overbought at the upper band and oversold at the lower band. Bollinger bands also gives a clue as to when to expect a breakout. Breakouts occur following periods of low volatility. When volatility is low, Bollinger bands are close together (tight). Thus, tight Bollinger bands should be a warning of a pending breakout.
"Overbought / Oversold
MACD values can also fluctuate above and below the Zero line. When it rises dramatically and is too far above the Zero line, it indicate as an overbought condition. When MACD falls dramatically and is too far below from the Zero line, it indicates as an oversold condition.
When either one of the condition above occurs, the shorter moving average pulls away from the longer term moving average. The stock is extremely overbought or oversold under these conditions and will soon return to normal levels.
Divergences
Divergences appear between the trend of the MACD lines and the stock price. There are two types of divergences: Bearish divergence and Bullish divergence.
Bullish divergence occurs when MACD line is below the Zero line and start to show strength while prices continue to move downward. "
