Patience, they just bought and merged 3 companies. Give it some time. We just saw some growing pains in the 10K. Alot of Severence pay off and costs due to the mergers. I think from here on out we don't see huge severence payoffs for old management. Next months Qtr 1 results will give a clearer picture of the companies future. Merging 3 companies into 1 just doesn't happen over night, there is alot to do to get them up to speed and working together. Under the current climate of high taxation and black market in California if they cut costs, get margins higher and continue at $23 mil or more per qtr UNRV will be a strong candidate for a buyout.

According to regulations they have 45 days from the end of Q1 (March 31) and they get 5days late extention. So, the latest possible date for Q1 is May 20 including the extention. If they don't file late then May 15-16 is about right.

We will find out the lock-up period and other details next week, but it appears UNRV will be looking at another sizeable cash inflow in the not too distant future. I just found out that a 1 for five reverse split will occur before IPO, so UNRV stake should be 1 million shares.

Imbimbo did NOT give away his shares. He gave up his director and counseling pisitions for $83k, and his shares became vested, which means they are unlocked without restrictions on buying or selling.

august 2022 is when i see them reporting 1q result based on the trend i.e 5 months after the quarter ends. this time they reported 4 months after the quarter. i am going to guess that the stock will be trading between $0.001 and $0.01 by then. think. imbibo gave away 63 million shares at $88,000. why? they calculated they are worthless. opinion?

Now we learn to watch paint dry.
The one positive to look for, are the Q1 financials coming up in four weeks. If it continues a trend of making $20M per quarter and the large one-off expenses from last year no longer interfere with the net-profit it will create a lot of confidence in the viability of the company. If it shows signs of a positive EPS this stock is going UP.

No it was not a lie. It just clarifies what they meant on page 67 of the 10K about Nuleaf. It was a subsidiary, so when it goes, it's books goes with it and the parent company needs to subtract those values. Exactly as they did in the 10K.

"Nuleaf operations are considered held for sale as of December 31, 2021 and are therefore included in Discontinued Operations as of and for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020"

If you don't take this into account you would erroneously end up with only $12M in Q4.

They did $22.7 mil in 4th qtr revenue. People on Yahoo were saying it was only $12 mil in 4th qtr. Math was wrong. They didn't take away revenue made by Nuleaf for first 3 qtr. and people thought the $22.7 was a typo. We did $22.7 in 4th qtr 2021 compared to $2.5 mil in 4th qtr 2020.

I said "neutral" because they had similar language last year. Here is the annual from last year and they have similar cautions under risk factors. It doesn't mean it's good, but it's consistent verbiage.
