Patience, they just bought and merged 3 companies. Give it some time. We just saw some growing pains in the 10K. Alot of Severence pay off and costs due to the mergers. I think from here on out we don't see huge severence payoffs for old management. Next months Qtr 1 results will give a clearer picture of the companies future. Merging 3 companies into 1 just doesn't happen over night, there is alot to do to get them up to speed and working together. Under the current climate of high taxation and black market in California if they cut costs, get margins higher and continue at $23 mil or more per qtr UNRV will be a strong candidate for a buyout.
