Long time investors are just waiting. Not all of the pot stocks will make it. UNRV may or may not. So the key take away is don't buy MJ stock with money you may need. It's a bet - not an investment and remember Canadian stocks are already legalized in Canada. They have banking, they have the ability to ship across Canadian province borders. They already have Fed and local police focused on illegal trade.
Financial solvency seems to be irrelevant in this sector. With the Biden announcement, stocks like Green Thumb (GTBIF) and Merimed (MRMD) jumped and then dumped within three days. Green thumb is back to $10 from a high of $14.
The entire field is just day traders going in and out.
Probably right.
How's bidness? Still do work in the industry?
Almost all my friends have sold out to larger better capitalized companies except one here in Denver.
For better or worse, corporate cannabis has taken over yet the storefront names have not all changed. Great for the average consumer who are happy with standardized mid-grade bud, but sucks for those who seek easy access to the superfine.
Small high quality growers and shops will have their day in the sun in due time. A craft brewer phenomena will happen in the cannabis space after federal tax and banking changes.
So the 70% insider ownership you state is an OPINION. LOL!
Since I work with facts from free PRIMARY sources like the SEC, I have no problem showing my work.
https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1451512/000162828022009362/trtc-20211231.htm#ifbe1f820ba484696aab835afcc20e4b3_91
In the real world:
don't ask on a free message board for people's work. spend some time doing homework. you can ask for opinions but not copy of real work. lol.
Show your work then and prove the SEC filing wrong. Your spreadsheet is poo poo.
Thus far among probably many errors you are incorrectly assuming unexercised options are ownership, among probably many other imaginary maths to come up with your 70% insider ownership.
yes insiders own close to 70% , including past and present. my spreadsheet isn't poo poo, it is well built and on due diligence. i have been a critic of insiders enriching themselves and that they are the biggest losers if this fails. still waiting for an update from them.
The 10-K filed with the SEC is accurate, the 70% insider ownership you stated is incorrect.
Facts are facts.
look deepr. schaube has 9 million shares given to him for free who is not on this list as he is now enjoying a huge consultant contract. there are many who are not on this list as they were shown the way out and still enjoying profitable consulting contracts . you look at numbers blindly, start diving deep and start looking who got options starting many years and where they are: they are all insiders still.
How about "fundamentals", believe in those?
The only value in $UNRV is in volatile trading potential and that requires technical analysis of factors such as resistance.
This statement is true as I made my first million on $GWPH (GW Pharma acquired by $JAZZ) by thinking differently.
There is NOTHING unique or special between $UNRV and the many, many, small pot shops facing similar low revenue growth and high expenses.
There may be a trade in $UNRV, but as I've stated since the $TRTC days there is NO fundamental investment value even with the long overdue passage of safe banking and/or rescheduling.
Not true... only 25% is owned by insiders and this was mostly due to the 100% dilution experienced in the merger to create Unrivaled.
False statement, facts below: "70% of stock is owned by insiders. every penny in stock price should matter to them."
i don't believe in resistance etc as then everyone will make money , money is made by thinking differently in different situations that charts don't reflect. the chart does not reflect what is going on and what may be in store for next week, maybe safe banking and rescheduling to 3 or 4 will be announced. where do you see this going with your charts?
the problem with unrv is seriousness. unrv is like small business as 70% of stock is owned by insiders. every penny in stock price should matter to them. they need to show positive ebitda by controlling cost and be dead serious about it and let investors know. the market was down but they have been down due to their own doing. frank gave one of the presentation from his kitchen i believe, maybe was trying to look cool but it wasn’t, as an example. they need to communicate regularly, have a newsletter . for example they could just keep in touch with letting everyone know of recent announcements even though it is out there. people’s need to drop the lawsuit to allow them to catch this momentum as i believe safe banking is guaranteed at this point and interstate commerce would grow and people would miss out on it. when I got into unrv, the legalization news was hot and then became cold. it is hot again.. my target last year was between $3-$4 . i think if they are serious, they can get this above $5 and then can raise money but not dilute before as it will be fatal. there is absolutely no communication from them on turnaround, it should be almost on a weekly basis either through conference calls or newsletter. the ir person does what all day? maybe he is hired on part time basis and does this for many companies and not an employee. you don’t go public with little seriousness as investors scan and chose where to invest with so many options. hopefully they will capitalize on the momentum. who knows?
i follow this guy, be he has been wrong as well , just to let you know. happy reading.

$UNRV Strong breakout underway.. still has room to go till it tests resistance..
https://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=UNRV&p=D&b=5&g=0&i=0&r=1665321255293
Lost cause is my answer.
$UNRV is too small, too inefficient, has too much competition, and a lack of affordable financing to truly take advantage of the long overdue tax and banking changes.
where do you see the recent developments going for unrv?
280e will save lot of money in taxes to unrv as in my opinion fda will reclassify to schedule 3 or 4 quickly. the hhs secretary has already said he has talked to fda. this is essentially legalization. i read that ohio , as an example, will have an automatic effect if moved to schedule 3 and sales will skyrocket but us unrv positioned to fill the need and does it have first mover advantage? do investors know? have the investors been communicated of it? or the insiders are simply busy dreaming of enriching their own pockets by issuing more shares of diluting the existing? Or another name change? the rescheduling or descheduling does not have to go through congress and may even happen before midterms so there is momentum.
moreover, they can pass safe banking plus during lame duck session and it is now much easier to pass
there are many states that will need marijuana from california and oregon and unrv is one of the companies best positioned imo.
my question is will unrv capitalize on it immediately when things are hot or another lost case? one thing is federal but what are they doing as far as their operations and profitability? we haven’t heard.
The next jump will be when the weed is dropped from the FDA's top 3 catagories.
That is when it's basically federally legal but managed like tobacco, liquor and guns.
Illegal sales will be run down by ATF and state cops. Making it much more profitable at the retail level.
Brought 100,000 at .025
natalie of politco on twitter says that product from california and oregon will be going to all over the country in truck load. this company is positioned so. but i have this strange feeling that the current management will screw it as they have proved to be born losers, thus spoiling the momentum by either issuing themselves free shares or diluting (look what happened to amc ape shares when they diluted) or by not updating on the turnaround plan or not settling the lawsuits, just looks like trouble finds them or they go after trouble. this will be a long road to $0.40 when people's options are in money and only over that they make any money. that is like 2000% increase needed, a big goal just to get there. just don't kill the momentum but increase it with positive developments. we will see as the history does not support it.
I had a feeling something had to come soon before the election in November.
I loaded up 120,000 at .0251...... What really worked out is I was ready to buy at .045 but it fell so much during the time my money was transferred to when it cleared to be able to buy something.
Company has had recent bad news, but looked like they are cutting/selling assets that were hurting the company to increase margins and profit. I took a chance that could pay off pretty well. They just have to stop giving themselves shares when they aren't producing the numbers shareholders want to see.
Good Luck to shareholders on this new ride we are on. Biden just turning the corner on Cannabis because his party needs and wants votes. Shummer has no excuses and should follow up on it. Good News and more green days to come!
It would be funny if the company ends up dissolving, due to lack of funding to continue operations, only moments before the sector revitalizes.
only if unrv can capitalize on it by releasing progress on 100 day turnaround, record 3q profits. but this company always seems to do it wrong. may be they will screw it again by issuing millions of shares to themselves, diluting , reverse split or changing their name again rather than growing share price exponentially with tempo of this big news and i believe safe banking will now pass. i just don't know about this company where their heads are.
Wake up folks--the legalization dam just burst!
Bingo..... those ppl need to be in jail for fraud PERIOD
As I've said many times, by many financial metrics, the common equity of $UNRV and $TRTC before it is worthless, and only recently has the market adjusted to the reality of the situation.
The standard OTC playbook requires more of the same:
the corporate veil will be pierced if so. they ripped off too many times, even changed name of the company, duped many. whatever happened to 100 day turnaround plan? another lie? no update?
No, it will be another reverse split and/or merger with anyone willing to pony up cash.
Existing shares are worth sub-pennies upon the current pennies of value.
Bankruptcy.
LOL.
They are sleeping just fine.
Your money is under their mattresses.
… PILLOWS STUFFED … $UNRV #LootWallStreet
Our team has been gutting $UNRV for nearly a decade and our pillows are so filled with billievers cash that we are now on our 3rd mattress. Thanks4Giving

30% drop in a day, shameful, hope the looters are not sleeping well
… that’s where any money spent on $UNRV belongs forever more … #LootWallStreet
drip drip drip and to zero i guess
waiting for an announcement that insiders like eric gave themselves another millions of shares, free and fully vested. lol.
dilute dilute dilute and erode confidence by giving free shares to each other and high expenses did it. there are no more updates, 100 days long gone, only turnaround has been in stock price.
Each CEO has raped stockholder value, one after another, but i guess they got to cash in their free stock options though.
Disgusting co.!!’
lol, eric stopped giving himself 100,000 free fully vested options that he was giving himself every month, now all these insiders who looted the company by giving themselves millions and millions and millions of free shares, fully vested, hope see day in court and lose big, i am sure all of them will lose their ill gotten personal wealth through unrv, people' should pierce the corporate veil too, see this in people's lawsuit? yes people's will win big unless insiders gorge out all of the free shares
breach of fiduciary duty, abuse of control, self-dealing, corporate waste, and unjust enrichment ,
this quarter ending in few weeks, last chance to fix it and prove their profitability, if not, curtains down.
That was him Dennis.
The early day "boots on the ground" DD was legit. I do think his name was Dennis too btw. I think he did landscaping.
Anybody can sell worthless paper on the OTC, so that was actually helpful at the time. The OTC is not a market I frequent unless foreign ordinary or ADR's. Cannabis was an exception and still is.
Until the fricking government allows full banking, it's a tough gig.
Absolutely correct....I was black balled from the pumpers myself.
I can't remember the guy's name or username but he lived closed to the New Jersey farm talked all the about getting in with Peterson and he was loaded with shares (if it were true) he constantly pumped the company and how Peterson was a Wallstreet man. Lol
Prolly was Peterson himself lol.
Also, Peterson and his buddies from the industry made huge amounts on money off of the toxic discounted equity convertible debt financing. With "free money" flowing from retail, management had ZERO incentive to try to operate the business efficiently. It was too good of an opportunity to pass up for an ex-junk bond salesman (Peterson) to not engage in self enrichment at retail investor and vendors expense.
Many of us rode the pump and bailed before the dump. I was so incredibly hated by the $TRTC pumpers it was rewarding to have called $TRTC demise.
I heard many stories from vendors of financial mismanagement that was probably fraud at best, theft at worst. Sad thing is I think the practice was rampant.
I can't say I'm a fan of "corporate cannabis" and the glut of mid-grade on the market and ultra fine cannabis hard to find, but they do run a legitimate business even within the cash model.
That "??" Was supposed to be 100% lol
You're absolutely ?? correct.
I was one of the first investors when it was TRTC some 13 or so years ago and made a lot of money but when Peterson and his wife rumors started going around I bailed.
Yeah nothing is new here. I was a regular vendor at Blüm for about two years prior to TRTC coming in to the picture.
Guys it is actually as bad as the naysayers on this board say! Peterson and friends literally walked off with vendor payment cash on a regular basis. It was surreal since I’d been doing business there and everything was going without a hitch until Blüm was acquired
Bingo....you nailed it...
I call it the "Peterwife" effect. Peterson's wife screwed the shareholders (plus a lot of other men lol) and this company is paying for it. IMO
It looks to be at a 3 YEAR LOW today! Goooooooo TerraTech!
You will always be TerraTech! )
All time low hit today, from this point down there is no retail investor that is green no matter how long-term their position is unless somehow they have ways to short OTC stocks. it is also extremely unlikely they'd have been able to flip this enough times to stay green, (it just doesn't have enough up days and volume liquidity to play the flip game).
… GRAB A QUARTER … #LootWallStreet
What a tangled web to $UNRV from the necks of portfolios going long because they were asphyxiated by the administration. Smells like taint. Too Bad.
… extremely valuable due diligence … #TakeProfits
