280e will save lot of money in taxes to unrv as in my opinion fda will reclassify to schedule 3 or 4 quickly. the hhs secretary has already said he has talked to fda. this is essentially legalization. i read that ohio , as an example, will have an automatic effect if moved to schedule 3 and sales will skyrocket but us unrv positioned to fill the need and does it have first mover advantage? do investors know? have the investors been communicated of it? or the insiders are simply busy dreaming of enriching their own pockets by issuing more shares of diluting the existing? Or another name change? the rescheduling or descheduling does not have to go through congress and may even happen before midterms so there is momentum.
moreover, they can pass safe banking plus during lame duck session and it is now much easier to pass
there are many states that will need marijuana from california and oregon and unrv is one of the companies best positioned imo.
my question is will unrv capitalize on it immediately when things are hot or another lost case? one thing is federal but what are they doing as far as their operations and profitability? we haven’t heard.
