Let's put things in perspective here!! Yes, not happy with the turn of events at UNRV, but I am thrilled that I sold my HYFM when Frank did the same!! HYFM now at $6.67 and it was sold at $40! Do a little math and see what those numbers look like compared to UNRV and its current price.

If you like UNRV and bought at .25 or above then what is not to like at .09 ? 674% growth in revenue. Expenses can be controlled. Once the acquisitions are integrated there will be more than just an “uptick”. Market conditions will improve and safe banking around the corner are also market movers. A lot of people will look back a say , damn, Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda. Why didn’t I load up when I had the opportunity.
Opportunity is knocking, open the door and walk through it.
Anyone who does not think there will be an uptick is either delusional or agenda driven.

If I remember correctly, (forgive me, its been a few years) TRTC hit .09, it hung there for a short time, there was a big uptick to about. 30, insiders dumped their shares, and then the stock dwindled until it became UNRV.

They have pretty much followed the same path all along, but I wouldn’t count on the pop. They know the History. They are on their way out now.

My interpretation of the letter, we are making a lot of money but we’re going broke and here are my excuses. Going to sell some stuff to try to stay afloat until a White Knight comes along and acquires us .

well if this keeps spiraling downwards, they will have liquidity issues and diluting further, that is the way it goes. stellar reporting and expedited reporting of1q2022 is their last chance of survival imo. people's must be feeling terrible as they lost a ton on this with options vesting at $0.40

Patience, they just bought and merged 3 companies. Give it some time. We just saw some growing pains in the 10K. Alot of Severence pay off and costs due to the mergers. I think from here on out we don't see huge severence payoffs for old management. Next months Qtr 1 results will give a clearer picture of the companies future. Merging 3 companies into 1 just doesn't happen over night, there is alot to do to get them up to speed and working together. Under the current climate of high taxation and black market in California if they cut costs, get margins higher and continue at $23 mil or more per qtr UNRV will be a strong candidate for a buyout.
