Somewhat of a challenge to know which one is next without keeping an eye on the trades. Leaks usually bring an increase in volume...and then it's a horse race.

Yea, either way if he sells his next shell to a buyer half as good as DE_VM, we’ll be deep into PennyLand. And GRNL would see dollars with that 1.4mil float on 7.2m OS.

Smart money buys these reinstatement plays and sits and waits. The return for the dollar is astounding and there is no other area in the OTC where it is common to see 5-10 and 20 baggers.

Agreed. The custodianship statute is written pretty much in plain English in the NRS. Hijacking is when they create a new entity, with the same exact name as the abandoned shell, and purport it to be one and the same with misleading PRs and tweets—Not the same thing.

It could be, but actually that’s a complex question that’ll depend on a number of factors, mainly the merging entity/shell buyer:

If it’s a small time player that wants to pay around $125-150k for control, indeed $TBSS, $CN_HC are next in line most likely.

However, if it’s a quality merging entity they’ll most likely want the cleaner shell with the better SS and will pay $250-300k, as a more legit private company wouldn’t want a subpenny and rather a penny-dollar PPS, in which case it would most likely go to $GR_NL...
$GR_NL has virtually no bad debts (280k), and a squeaky clean history, as far as abandoned she’s go. Whereas $TBSS had like $4mil in debt on books last time they filed. These old liabilities usually never come back to haunt the merging company, but nonetheless it is factored into the shell price and overall assessment.

For these reasons I’m Long both $TBSS and $GR_NL...don’t want all your eggs in one basket! Haha glta!!

Indicators suggest $TBSS is Chaings next shell he will concentrate on to bring up to speed and then to sell. Buy now while it's dirt cheap.

There are obvious indicators he's getting ready to put TBSS into play. Smart money throws a few sheckles at this and waits for the filings to hit OTCMarkets and get themselves an instant double or triple prior to the sale to a new inbound entity.

The best indication of future behavior is past performance. Just watch Chiang's other play. If that hits .08 cents again TBBS will move up to .02 in anticipation of the merge.

I tried the link on OTCmarkets and was sent to the website for TBSS. it is obvious he has plans in the works for the shell.

I noticed that one of Chiang's shells is at the top of the breakout board this morning. That has a 30m float and IF the merge is confirmed will warm investors to buy TBSS. That stock went to .08 on a rumor back in Feb. TBSS SS was updated on Friday and the float is 60m (relatively small). The TBSS website was also updated so it appears that a Co has been selected to merge into this shell as well. It looks like August will be a rewarding month for Chiang and the investors who follow him.
