Unfortunately, the number of Authorized shares was not reduced significantly.
From 200m to 100m.
I am afraid this points towards dilution.

(O/S : 50/1, A/S: 2/1)

Unless they soon have relevant news to announce (Like the results of the ongoing survey),
new shares will need to be issued to fund the daily operations.
Also the CEO files Forms 4 on a regular basis to feed his family, adding to the float.

Yeah that's too bad, but perhaps there's still an opportunity here. I was basically a spectator here. I had just enough to keep me paying attention, but not enough to care.

I was just hoping that ameritrade really did screw up and forget to split my shares, but no dice.

Anyway, with less than a million outstanding I'll continue to pay attention and decide if this is worth an entry.

I evaluate lots of material on mining companies including promotions. With BKTK I did not buy, but choose to wait and see what happened. Now I look and see that the chart 'seems' to have bottomed out. I could be wrong, I'm not an investor here, or a flipper, or a brasher. I'm still interested to see what happens here all the same.

BKTK seems to be settling down at .025 - 03 after all the recent selling and bashing, which is why I've been waiting so long to see how this will pan out. The proma I read says that they have access to processing equipment which i find interesting. I would like to find out a bit more about this company as judging by the chart there could be huge potential for a recovery of PPS
