Cease Trade Order
Black Rock Petroleum Company
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
1 Black Rock Petroleum Company (Black Rock) is a Nevada corporation with securities
quoted on the OTC Pink marketplace of the OTC Markets. Black Rock is an OTC
reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Overthe-
Counter Markets since receiving a ticker symbol for its securities on October 6, 2014,
as its business has been directed or administered in or from British Columbia.
2 Black Rock has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as
an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease
trading in Black Rocks securities until:
1. Black Rock files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and
regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
