I think he is deserving of going to jail and all that biz but he cannot be the only one implicated in all this fiasco. There were some pretty deceiving PRs that had to be stamped with the approval of all parties considered for it to head out the door. Kipping can't do it all on his own or if he did than what good is the BOD?

Whats is most concerning is that Kipping's taint on this stock still seems to hold true and they just cannot get past it to dive back in.

I guess you have to be "connected" on this board before you can say anything you want about another person on this board, fortunately most of us are for the same thing, a successful ending to the (VPLM) saga.
I to will probably be leaving, which will leave only the rashers to bash themselves and as your post, this will probably be deleted as well... ......

stock simply swap it back and forth at whatever price they want to target, but it's more about attracting a few $1000 of real cash buyers sucked in by the fake spike in volume.

If they net $1,000 a day they consider it found money. The only hard part is seeing all the outside buys and that is trickery, you have to be the best offer at the same time you're walking the dog up a few tenths of a meaningless cent

Otherwise you would expect a stronger steadier trend line with all the high volume

Repeating GB, I'll appeal to everyone to focus on the patents themselves.

Do you know what a non-final rejection is and what the implications of one are on a patent portfolio suite?

Do you know anything about the Alexander patent and why it posed such an obstacle to our portfolio suite?

Do you know how our patent overcame the Alexander patent?

Who owns the Alexander patent? Hmmmm..

Do you know what a terminal disclaimer is and why we recently used it?

Do you know why we are so excited about a recent RBR child patent being allowed? (hint: it deals with billing by the second!).

Do you know why a case for FRAUD against Kipping is so important to us?

All important info and worth researching...

Actually, he did answer your question by comparing it to other buyouts that didn't have links or proof prior to the buyout. Happens all the time.

Were you involved in the Digifonica days? Did you know anybody involved. He's claiming to have heard. By just asking for proof and using that as justification that it didn't happen is just silly.

What if he had a friend back in the day or even talked to Malik and Malik told him this over lunch. How would he prove it? Sometimes there just isn't proof that you can provide to somebody.

I don't know if what he says is true. So I focus on things that I can prove, like the patents and all the effort, time, money going into making them better, stronger, broader. Did I say foundational patents.

I'm still waiting for proof that these patents aren't worth vastly more than .08. When someone like Tucker, with his credentials makes a statement like that, I listen.

I certainly know what it's like to ask someone a question over and over again and get no response.

If for years I felt these patents were worthless and "some sort of collusion", was going on.

I know if I felt that way at .07 I would have sold after a 100% increase. Certainly a 200%. A NO BRAINER at 400%.
