Im having to go out to the March .50s to get a nickel writing options against my position and I cant even get a fill on that most of the time, though it does seem like for the time being I can eventually get a nickel. That means if I buy at .19/share I am covered down to .145 (includes option commission) by March. The problem with that is that this could be under .145 by March? Is that possible with their assets?

Right??? I've posted a lot on the CEO flip flops and bait switch. Will get the latest spin off shares per the last press release. Keep an eye open for the S1 filing. As for the others, it'll obviously be piece mealed out at their leisure. The latest filing on increasing the authorized, especially after the flip on dividends to preferred instead of Nile holders, tells you all you need to know. Nobody's happy here and the stock clearly is in a perpetual decline. The only one making bank is Todd with the monthly dividend. He's got them all. Go figure. Not seeing any investments making coin either. Markets are crap but what a big fat nothing burger here. Shorts rule for obvious reasons.

well the pain continues. I am now up to 333 Mill shares, wow. Ask me if I am concerned, I absolutely am, but I cant help myself. I continue to write the Jan 2023 .50 call for a nickel, though thats getting harder and harder to fill but i did get 100 of them when selling at the market today. What does that mean, that means I am buying shares for equivalent .18/share for a day like today and holding till Jan, it's better than the preferreds. But, if this keeps going down then even the writing options gig will go away or I'll be forced to write the Jan 2024's which I really really dont want to do, its too far away. No, I want to see the Jan 2023s all go out worthless, freeing up ability to write more, then write what should be the June 2023 .50s which should be out by then (I'll make a request for them now thru my broker.). But I am concerned with this stock, not as much if it remains a holding company, but will it be a holding company with all of the spinoffs, I guess for a while it will be. But to be left with a bitcoin exchange or whatever Todd is scheming, that's concerning.

Your momma. First off what is happening now is this ticker will only be a bitcoin trading platform business. All the other companies underneath this ticker will soon be spin offs into other shells. Meaning this will no longer be a holdings company just a crypto currency based business soon in near future. I suspect the turn on green shares of IMHC will be distributed near end of next month or November then the Gresham shares sometime early next year. Your post doesn't account or allow for initial entries and ever changing news and choice choices the CEO is making. If you have been here for a while then you would see and acknowledge that for every overt positive there is a covert negative. A flip flop, a bullish and bearish filing, and in the end a dwindling stock and market cap. Furthermore, review the investments the CEO has made in these other companies and see their performance. If. You've made money flipping as you say then congrats. Your entry points are good unlike many that got in here for the dividend, that went to Todd alone on preferred shares, never suggesting or insinuating other than Nile shareholders would receive, and now a fictitious propoganda on increasing the authorized shares to prevent a take over. The onus is on the CEO and board. I'm calling things out as they develop and showing reasons for both credit and criticism.
