Yeah I've been pointing out the obvious for a long time now. Who buys 90 + million shares of the outstanding only to increase the authorized to over 1 billion, when there's no take over threat possible? It's ludicrous and disingenuous on all levels. Furthermore look at all the speculative investments that have tanked. Zero adjustments, accountability, and spin after spin on the obvious fiduciary mishandling. I can go on but what's the use.
