With post halving BTC costs around 53k/coin, it should be a resistance from dropping below. Of coarse reality says it can go lower and has in the past. It would then take debt to keep mining, go out of business is possible, and becoming more efficient or move to an area with cheaper electrical rates is another way. Faster and less power consuming chips will s another way.

With the cost too mine a single BTC at 60k, I don't see it going below, and if by some miracle it does, it won't be by much and not for long.

Chinas' ETF's starting off around 62,000 (and / or even around THESE levels), would give them a fairly nice start.....
If their response to them is "tepid" (which doesn't seem likely), then this decline's still got quite a long ways to go.

I've been looking for an entry point to gain exposure to bitcoin. I keep technical analysis very simple, using only supply and demand with Volume to guide my entries.


The daily timeframe chart shows BTCUSD to be in a range. There is some recent selling pressure as of Apr 12th and 13th this year with the overall volume quite low. So, I would need to see clear demand before entering long. Without this demand, price should go below $60,000. I'm really looking forward to seeing what happens as crypto is an exciting space to be in.

BR is no one friend, they did ETFs to make money and could care less about crypto or BTC. they will pump and dump at will through ETFS or short the daylights out of anything that moves if needed. the more BR and Saylor types have BTC, the less stable it will become, your putting too much power into too few people, thats not how value works. thats why every country in the world, that is smart, is buying gold. it never losses it value, and will never go away when the power goes off, its timeless, and roads paved with gold will cover some of the earth after all said and done. BTC ETFs cooling, although that should not matter according to all the crypto experts, halving is everything. of course its never before and soft right after, halving affect has not really begun yet. China buying gold at record pace, its people and gov.

What’s going on with Bitcoin?

Over the last month, it’s done a whole lotta nothin’.

One explanation is the declining investor interest in the Bitcoin ETFs.

Last week was a rough one…

The ETFs saw -$328 million in net outflows.

But this time Grayscale wasn’t responsible for all outflows (it was still the majority though).

Last week saw outflows from Fidelity, Bitwise, Ark Invest, Galaxy & Valkyrie.

Last week also saw BlackRock’s inflow streak come to an end. 😭

(no outflows yet, touch wood)

BlackRock’s streak officially ended at 71 days in a row.

ETF analyst Eric Balchunas mentions that this absolutely smashed the record for a new launch.

And just to put things into context…

The Gold ETF had an amazing launch, but its inflow streak out of the gate was only 3 days.

And even though BlackRocks inflow streak came to an end, they aren’t done setting records.

Take a look at the chart below posted by Eric Balchunas.

The amount of assets after 72 days is ridiculous.

BlackRock and Fidelity are so far ahead of every other ETF it’s not even funny.

Even though sentiment has turned bearish (short-term only), the Bitcoin ETFs have been incredibly successful so far.

Despite the hype and interest cooling off over the past month, we’re still within striking distance of Bitcoin’s all-time high. 🐍

That’s the latest out from Michael Saylor.

In his latest interview, Saylor was asked the following question:

MicroStrategy was the first company to move forward with Bitcoin. When will another public company follow your strategy?

Here’s what Saylor had to say:

“It’s hard for anyone else to look at this. Because 18 months ago, Bitcoin was $16,000 and everyone thought the crypto economy was going to zero… January when the SEC approved the spot ETF, the mainstream consensus in the world shifted to Bitcoin is an asset, it’s not going away.”

In fact, Saylor believes the approval of the ETFs kicked us into a gold rush era.

For the first time ever, Bitcoin is recognised as an institutional grade asset.

Over the next 10 years, we’ll see increased levels of awareness and adoption.
