Based on what? Other than activity across the whole OTC there is nothing else to support speculation beyond that.

The business failed a decade ago it has been disolved all that is left is a shell, that has no Form 211 and is dark and defunct. Those are the Facts.

Its been stated a billion times now, there is nothing here, it is running much like any other dead OTC ticker. Its been published in the news this very problem and the SEC is prosecuting people and suspending tickers because of it.

Thats not a short position, that is reported in the Bi Monthly Short Interest reports. Short Volume is not shorting, broker dealer transactions in the OTC use Riskless Principal transaction to complete trades between different brokers.

Ohh I wouldnt say that, there is a plan. Simply put, the SEC is in fact starting a clean up process, they started suspending empty shells in the last couple of weeks, I am pretty sure that FINRA will then delete the tickers. What they are doing are going after these ticker with no contact information and no disclosures in over a year.

Based on this profile he's someone who could easily get BEHL on the straight and narrow. They just have to start the process by June from what I read.

They're going to be a lot of cheap microcap stocks trading in the manner you're discussing BB. A real lot.

Right because they currently use an exception to the Form 211, that exception will no longer be offered. Just as the exemptions will also go away, that is the point. It forces the broker dealers to rely upon current information on OTC Markets to maintain a Form 211 for quotation, otherwise there are no exemption or exceptions to quote the stock any longer.

You can thank the "grey" market for the zombie tickers that started trading like "normal", that got the SECs attention and well OTC Markets couldnt come up with a good argument to stop this new rule from going into effect.

It doesnt matter, the point is the SEC is taking away the exemptions and exceptions for quotation. That is why this new rule is being pushed forward as the majority of these dark securities the broker dealers were using the exemptions and exceptions of the Rule.

In order to quote a security there must be current information on OTC Markets and a Form 211 in place.
