Without an auditor they won’t file for many months.

I have my update from doing my dd. I have 100% confidence that trading will be resolved shortly along with shareholder letter and more. The cheaper this gets, the more cheap shares Diagonal gets to dump into the market to drive the stock price lower. It is a never ending cycle. Diagonal is NOT a long term investor and has incentive to actually drive the price lower. Curt is a POS and has destroyed many stocks. This included.
