I would be disgruntled also if I was in your place.
I have tried to warn you guys since June.
Without an auditor they won’t file for many months.
Stock is going dark for awhile. Sad pathetic story here.
Typical OTC fluff play with over exaggerated expectations and deals/MOIs which will never be signed.

Always be wary when these plays use toxic lenders like Diagonal.
Never ever a good sign and in fact really signifies an UNhealthy company.
