This woke up on that pretty irrelevant OTC Classic LOI PR, and then went back to sleep. But somehow managed to get close to $400k dollar volume flow through here and still ended red. Some bag holders got made today. Let's see if it has any follow on.

lol, again, this is the otc, today was not big gains, not for a Stock that traded almost the entire OS trade 2-300% on the day, easily, not this crap action

The transfer agent is not gagged so them only updating OTC Markets at the end of the month is not really a good excuse not knowing her true O/S. Traders that put a bit of effort to call the transfer agent have the advantage of knowing the true share counts and the true market cap. With out knowing them you would never know how light she really is and how tight she is really wound.

The chart mean nothing on micro floaters. It's all about how light they are, how tight they are wound, how much hype there is, and how many share they are dumping.

Looks to me they dumped too many today to keep her going north. That is a good thing for the ones that were smart enough to sell on the big gains today and are now looking to reload for the next POP.

yeah no, chart means everything and always tells the story.
THere is a reason why this can barely hold a penny, and something with a higher OS and similar float such as GA*E is trading and holding above a quarter. It's because their story is good, and this is not. Can't depend on OTC markets because the SS is updated only at the end of the month, so in that time period the only thing that is reliable is the story told by the chart. and again, this chart looks like crap

This stock will bounce today higher at some point.. thin float means wild swings.. hell could see 0.017 for all we know..

The story has been a real good one for me being I played her right. I played her right because I know how this stuff works. Trade it on the chart, market cap doesn't matter if dilution is more than the buying.
This is the OTC, if there is not a reason to buy you are shooting yourself in the leg screamung buy and hold because of market cap and price targets.

There is plenty of money to be made here once you understand how this stuff works. We are trading in the OTC where management is not always thinking of their share holders.

Knowing all of this it's best to buy the dips and sell the rips. Do not hold too long when the profits come. You will have a chance to take profits and buy your shares back a lot lower for the next rip. Sad but as i said, with management addressing jack shit and just diluted since the last release, there is no confirmed bottom and stock will go nowhere until management shows the value add here.

I agree with you DD, caps matter. Take a look over on my board over at WGEI, another good one with less volume at the moment. Traders need to look at the moves on previous low O/S caps ticks/shells like [APLD/WSCC/IHAI/APSI/TCRI/ARAT/FCIC] They may take time to deliver, but they do deliver & sometimes alot. I can understand previous holders being upset when all they see is the bleeding price. But with every crisis, there's an opportunity. I'm in for a few. GLTA

Rg*t is the perfect example of good share structure WITH catalyst, never dropped below weekly so no dilution, another huge difference when compared to this tool management.

Av*h is an example of a fatty moving 60% into close because there are forward looking statements so volume is coming in even on the bigger Share structure.

So no market cap aint worth nada in the OTC. All abt how management markets thr company and develops perceived shareholder value to bring the volume and interest. And not just whack bids like these idiots did on the last pop.

Volume Purge..
Honestly, the overall volume on the OTC has evaporated. After the peak heavy volumes of Dec 20-Feb 21, the OTC volume as a whole has been purged. Most heavy traded tickers of that time, seldom trade now 1/10th of what they did daily then. And these low floaters are always going to be touch & go. They wake up make a move and go back to being dormant. This weekly chart certainly is not pleasant. At a 2c most buying now will be up 1x, can then probably trade out & ride free. 1c seems to be a well supported bottom.

The Forest & The Trees.
Not going to claim I know too much about the management here or what's occurred in the past. Simply looking at the current share structure & the market cap, one has to be optimistic here. This is not a super bloated billion+ O/S ticker. There's opportunity here. I suppose those here long may be burned by the past. But at $500M market cap this has a move coming. Volume & interest is there. We will see. As for the dilution, is it that the O/S was actually less previously??

You May Be Right..
You may not be wrong on the management side here, but the share structure does matter. At this point the risk reward is slanted in "new" buyers favor. I'm not sure of the past here, but the chart looks like many folks with underwater positions & a good buy in opportunity for new holders. At sub $1M market cap, this should be loading zone. There is liquidity here, volume has been steady of late. We shall see. Buyers are out there, but the dollar volume is low $5k as of now. GL
